The staff were very attentive and helpful. Took us to the room to check in and allowed us to order food as the kitchen was about to close.

We stayed here a night before travelling from Gatwick airport. Was just around the corner so perfect location.

Il était impossible de rejoindre l'établissement directement, les appels sont redirigés à une receptionniste virtuelle et personne ne nous a rappelé malgré la demande de retour d'appel sur leur boîte vocale.
Le bar ferme à 9pm, impossible d'acheter une bière ou quelque chose à manger.

Nice location, staff were friendly and good choice of food and drinks.
For the money the room was very small, no wardrobe &, lack of shelf space. Breakfast was also not included which you would expect for the price charged.

Staff were helpful friendly and very good. Location is lovely and picturesque. Food was ok although not that plentiful and tbh I'd rather pay for quality and substance over presentation.
Food not great value and sadly my room. Situated in room 2 I believe I was below the kitchen/dining area. If you're staying in or expecting an early night do not. Although the kitchen stop serving at 8.30pm there was still continuous LOUD banging until around 10.30pm. I guess no ones fault but I wouldn't stay again for that reason alone BUT at least the Kitchen is guaranteed to be clean.
Also the room needs a curtain or blind over its one window. Although its a frosted window and low down daylight does come through as soon as suns up. Late night/early morning = Not that refreshed.
The breakfast was good but not included in the price. Outstanding location next to the lake, peaceful.

I returned from a day out at 9.15pm on a Sunday. It was a very hot day and I went to the bar for a cold drink, only to be told by staff that the bar is closed. I asked if I could get a drink and pay in the morning and was told no. The water in my room was warm.
Lovely bedroom and shower with excellent toiletries and top class bedding, with proper fluffy towels
Sign showing hotel guest parking would have saved me parking in the restaurant parking area. No actual sign for Reception from the road, or at least I did not see one.
