Could do a lot better

Cons:

Breakfast over and under cooked food for example back on under cooked scrambled egg runny fried egg hard. Your staff were not professional example there was a group of people signing because they were Def your staff were not interested they wanted some normal t bags not decaf your staff were not interested.

An excellent stay in a fabulous hotel .
Pros:

Everything , from booking in, to the service we were given was excellent . We were made to feel very welcome .

Comfortable stay with great staff
Pros:

Great hotel in a lovely location. Staff were all very pleasant and friendly and the hotel had good facilities and comfortable rooms

Cons:

I didn’t love the breakfast - I am fussy about pastries and I didn’t like the Croissant but there was a good selection of breakfast food to cater for all tastes.

Stunning quiet and relaxing hotel
Pros:

Restaurant is very spacious.well laid out and nice clean bar .....The view is lovely where you can sit and look out the big bay windows .

Lovely hotel in an excellent location to explore the island.
Pros:

Staff were very accommodating and were always happy to assist. Beautiful location and the hotel being dog friendly was excellent for us. Will definitely stay there when we visit the IOM next year.
