Lovely hotel let down by catering and lack of leadership
Pros:

Location good breakfast very poor

Cons:

The breakfast was poorly cooked and often cold and if you came down after the coach parties had eaten items were not available.When you stay loyal to the Hotel and eat there in the evening you expect a discount not a hefty service charge

Good location & friendly staff
Pros:

Staff were very welcoming & friendly, good location for us as next to lots of green space, on the sea front & children’s play area a 5 minute walk away.

Cons:

No air con in the room & window barely opened, bath had no plug, substantial amount of mould in the grout of the bathroom tiles

Definitely come back but winter months.
Pros:

The steak dinner with pepper sauce.

Cons:

The room very warm fan did not do much . When property built should of had air conditioning.

Relaxing great location with fabulous food.
Pros:

Clean , modern and the location was quiet with fabulous views. The beach on one side and the lake and park the other side .

Schönes Hotel an ruhiger Lage
Pros:

Die Lage ist super, etwas ausserhalb vom Zentrum und daher schön ruhig. Das Zimmer ist tiptop sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Frühstücks Saal ist voll auf Massenabfertigung eingerichtet und nicht sehr einladend

Great hotel, great location. Let down by no air con - no sleep so no help at family funeral.
Pros:

breakfast was meagre - promised fruit and fruit sald but only 1 samll bowl of fruit salad

Cons:

room too hot. I understand we are going through a heating of the planet but it was predicted. I had air con installed in my house in advance. Ther was none in the hotel. I was ther for a funeral and did not sleep so it was a catastrosphe.

It was only two nights thank goodness
Pros:

The views from the bedroom window

Cons:

Toilet wouldn’t flush very well. Sink would not drain. I thought it had a walk in shower but the bathtub was high and I couldn’t get in it. The light bulb was burned out by the door.
