The staff were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble and their cheerfulness was heart warming.

Breakfast was delicious with a good choice. I especially liked the fruit muesli. The amount and quality of the fruit was wonderful. My room was very comfortable with a lovely shower. Evening meals were also very good. The team were charming. Always cheerful Nothing was too much trouble. A lovely place to stay.

Really excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommended

The bar staff went out of their way to make the night memorable - thanks so much fellas - food was excellent - very relaxing atmosphere, room very quiet and excellent shower

More space to hang clothes maybe and a larger towel rail would help

Pros:

Fantastic place to stay. We used the bus station facing which took us into the centre of harrogate. Plenty of parking which was perfect. The hotel itself is lovely and the staff were very friendly. Great value for money.
