Good priced Inn very convenient for Harrogate and surrounding area.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly
Location was good
Pricing was very reasonable

Cons:

No face towels, no toilet brush cleaner, no extendable mirror for make up or shaving.
Minor points but would have made it better

Lovely inn in a convenient location for Harlow Carr RHS Garden
Pros:

Friendly staff, lovely building & gardens - and great value for money!
It was also very close to Harlow Carr RHS Gardens, which we appreciated.

Cons:

Although the staff were friendly, they were rather slow in serving food - and actually forgot to bring our dessert until we gently reminded them. Other than this minor issue, everything was great!

We had a most enjoyable holiday at The Pine Martin. Helpful staff, good food & relaxing surroundings of the garden to sit in. The staff were exceptional, finding a necklace which I lost & returned it by post to me.

Very pleasant couple of nights in the Pine Marten
Pros:

Really good few days at the Pine Marten. Large room with a comfortable bed, nice décor and good size bathroom. The dining area was a lovely place to relax in as was the outside area. Plenty of seating inside and out. Food to a very high standard, the staff were plentiful and efficient. This was our first stay in an Innkeepers Collection hotel and we'll keep an eye out for others in the future. Would certainly consider staying here again.

Cons:

Nothing really. Some people might find it too isolated on the edge of Harrogate but this was not a problem for us.

Excellent stay, would use again, attention to detail outside would be great.
Pros:

Location, value, staff, interior decor. An enjoyable stay. Nice room, clean, great bathroom. Excellent car park and very handy for Great Yorkshire Show and Harrogate. Outdoor area. Some lovely, polite and attentive young staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately our room was upper floor and facing the road. Traffic noise was disturbing through the night including sirens and what sounded like deliveries early morning. The garden area was excellently located but needed a bit of TLC - menus under table legs to prevent rocking, cigarette ash on the ground, dated parasols all detracted from an otherwise lovely outdoor space with an attractive pond.

Extremely excellent!
Pros:

A very professional warm welcome, excellent food and plenty of parking. We had an evening meal when we arrived, it was superb! All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room (7) was delightful, clean, cool, large shower room, good sized TV, the bedding felt luxurious and good quality. We didn't book breakfast as we had plans early the next day but after the delicious meal the night before we decided on breakfast. We had the full breakfast and everything was hot and freshly cooked. My husband and I will be returning as often as possible and will highly recommend to family and friends. Thank you for our amazing stay
