Nice room - "cozy double". Lovely light room with sea view (338). Breakfast good. Service good.
Dining room rather chaotic with elderly guests on bus trips. Bar only open briefly. No entertainment. All quiet after 9pm. No fresh fruit or pastries at breakfast.

lift to all floors, good entertaiment, food was good, parking excellent and location perfect with access to trams and busses on hand, south pier a stones throw away. special thanks to Olgar on reception she is always welcoming and helpfull in all ways and a fantastic asset to your team at the queens.
seating at breakfast was a little confusing and sat a three tables in three days.
