Night away with mum for Parkrun tourism
Pros:

Night away with my mum so I could run the Saturday morning Parkrun. We came by train, mum uses a mobility scooter and this was fine as easy access to the hotel and we left it charging in the reception area. Very helpful staff and the room was fabulous. Plenty of room and very clean hotel.

Great stay in Wales
Pros:

Having stayed in Llandudno on a few occasions over the years staying in some good, and some not so good place's it was difficult to just go on reviews alone as aware of false reviews becoming sadly the norm.
Having checked the Tyndale Hotel website, and as travelling by train I wanted somewhere specifically for my friend that had a lift, walk in shower and walking distance from the station as a must.

Well we were not disappointed on arrival, exterior and entrance clean well presented and welcoming. Decor interior of all Hotel tastefully done and clean (no care home smells on entering) Welcomed with a smile at reception, offer to take our bags to the room however, as we were informed of access to lift we took this option.

As our room was the only twin available at the time, we were slightly disappointed it wasn't a sea view however, if you gazed across the horizon the the mountain views were beautiful making up for the sea view.

Room felt homely, and had what we required, walk in shower with all accessories required and clean white towels. Only slight negative was toilet seat bangs when sat on or getting up, difficult to be quiet at night, may require adjustment.
Tea and coffee facilities were adequate, kettle and cups/saucers were clean.
TV a bit dusty, and where it is located difficult to view sat on bed especially bed near door. Too near window, despite closing curtains as they only just cover window when closed light still causing reflection.

Only negative of beds, although sheets and pillow cases were clean and white they had a slight body odour when in bed, Felt this was from mattress and pillows underneath. Odour eliminating deep clean may help. (No staining to note ).
Room makeup was done on request of leaving hanging note on external door, towels changed on leaving wet ones on shower floor.
Room requires some sound proofing if possible, as can hear all conversations and loud TV from adjacent. Small landing area leading to stairs one side and lift
the other which requires soft close as bangs very loud when used.

We had booked for bed breakfast and evening meal. The restaurant was well set out and allocated table for our stay. The majority of staff were welcoming with a smile, and those that served us knowledgable on menu choice, nothing felt a problem for requests.
Food was exceptional, great varied daily choice of menu. something for all.
Never felt rushed to leave the restaurant after breakfast, even offered further tea or coffee, as staff went about their well led, efficient clear up and re set of tables.
(No help yourself stuff here)
Noted, nice touches of white gloves used to polish cutlery , and a fork with spoon set for desert ( sadly lacking today in many establishments )

Entertainment was enjoyable despite lack of seating in main area however, screened in further room to help inclusivity. As people are quite close to entertainer sound system can get too loud and bassy over singer which spoils overall listening and drowns out great voice of entertainer.
(noted, on second night of stay some people (including us) left area stating this)
Not a great fan of Bingo (personal choice I know) which was on each night prior to 9 to 11pm entertainment each night something different on alternate nights might be nicer.

My review is stated with honesty, Overall had a great stay, and would stay again hopefully, larger room with sea view next time. (hope they keep the chef)
Would usually stay at a Warners when away with friend however, sadly they have gone down hill in many things this Hotel excels in (mine and friend's personal opinion)

very enjoyable and made to feel welcome.
Pros:

fantastic breakfast and perfect location.

Cons:

people staying at the hotel indulging in their nicotine habit just in front of the main entrance which the smell enters into the lounge by reception through the windows and having to walk through the smoke when arriving or leaving.
