Unsure theres anything that was likable
Entered room, no where to put your bags or clothing. No fridge in room, kettle doesn't work, no plugs next to the bed, have to pay for room WiFi, room condition is battered, rusty bathroom taps, strange musty smell to the room, air con not working, tv doesn't work, floor is softer than the bed,
To be honest I don't actually know if there's anything working in this room I've paid for. I didn't expect a lot or any high standard but wow is it bad, and for the cost.
Ohh just to add, if you were after quiet this isnt the place, you can hear everything.... I mean everything!!
Good breakfast and comfortable room. Worth considering if travelling from Manchester airport as offer long term parking and a shuttle bus service
Hotel is a bit worn looking in parts
Nice place, though near airport, hardly heard any machines. Everything was fine and the feel was nice for a fan of the UK Islands. In the mid of nature.
Unfortunately for people without a car, it was a bit remote. During a stay of 9days, the bus just didn't show up 3 times. So the wait was min 30Min, waiting for a then called taxi. Leading to much later trains for doing your stuff.
The Shuttle to AP though was great!
So the overall experince was good!
Something which is not in the control of any hotels in general:
Other noisy and drunken guests, especially at night, who have no respect for others.
Breakfast and meals were excellent staff were very helpful

Good overnight stay before our flight the following day and parking for our car until we returned.

Location was great 5 mins from airport
The staff were very rude and unfriendly I've stopped here loads of time and turned up and parked. I turned up last week with my wife and little boy all excited for our holiday to be told sorry we've no parking good luck finding somewhere so we had 2 drive 40 mins to a park and ride and pay another £100 so the hotel was an absolute waste of time for us.

Beautiful hotel and spotless! The food in the restaurant was absolutely amazing! I can honestly say it was the best pizza we ever had! Thanks so much, we will definitely return and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone!

Staff was lovely, food was nice and location was great
Bed was too hard and pillow big and like lying on stone. unable to sleep due to my neck hurting from pillow, removed pillow and may aswel have slept on the floor.
Handy for airport . Good food
Overall the hotel is fine although my room was a little dated, and in need of an update.
I was overcharged for the breakfast and only realised after I checked out.
I send a message asking for a refund, which has been ignored.
