Good value for money.
Central location. Room was clean, quiet. Good WiFi. Off road parking easy, plenty of shops and facilities nearby. Tea / coffee in room nice.

Cons:

Room was a bit dingy, could have done with bedside lights and desk lamp. Shower temperature temperamental, hot or cold. No towel rail or hooks in bathroom

Such friendly staff and super clean room. It was a lovely welcoming stay and just a few mins from the town centre

Bizarre place - some customer service skills and a lick of paint needed

Check-in was bizarre - walked in with our bags to see two women running around after a toddler in a nappy and a babygro. After five minutes, one of then turned to us and said 'are you checking in?'....it was like a scene from the League of Gentlemen. Add onto this the 50-yr-old carpet in the hallway; towels that were curling at the ends; it felt like staying in a teenager's bedroom in the 1970s. Should have cost £30/£40 a night as it was like a hostel....£100 for this is obscene.
