Dont Stay Here
Pros:

Terrible fitout.
No AC
They misrepresented the fact they had Fitness Centre.
There was 1 btoken treadmill.
When I wanted to cancel they didnt refund my money

Pros:

Wunderschöner Garten und tolle Terrasse zum Essen.
Gute französische Küche.
Erstklassiger Service.

Cons:

Das Frühstück kommt etwas lieblos daher. Es hat oft zu wenig Brot und zu wenig Fleisch.
Wenn man ein 3-Minuten Ei will, wird man vom Personal auf einen Topf verwiesen, wo die Eier bereits hart sind.
So geht das nicht in dieser Preisklasse.

Staff aere friendly and helpful - allowing me to shower after checkout

Restraunt was amazing

View of the lake incredible

Beautiful gardens overlooking the lake

Cons:

Room was very basic, it had no windows apart from the door. Since it was ground floor and basically oponed up to the terrace, there was no privacy.

Inside, room was old and basic - not up to the overall standard

The bed was comfortable though

Tolle Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht. Sehr gepflegte Anlage und Park. Sehr angenehmer und professioneller Empfang.

Cons:

erschreckend schlechter Service im Restaurant. Laufen sehr desorientiert hin und her. Dabei übersehen sie den Gast. Stehen auch öfter zusammen und reden nur miteinander. Das erweckte den Eindruck einer führungslosen Truppe.

Der Poolbereich und der Garten waren wunderschön.
Auch das Zimmer war gross und gediegen.

Cons:

Wenn man Getränke im Garten bestellen wollte (Apèro) musste man sehr lange auf das Personal warten.

Ich werde das Hotel nicht mehr besuchen, und auch keinem empfehlen.
Pros:

Die Aussicht war das einzige Highlight

Cons:

Zimmerausstattung war Standard,
Steht in schlechtem Verhältnis zum Preis,
Keine Klimaanlage, nur Ventilator
Komplett entspricht das nicht der Ausschreibung,
Jaccusi war eine alte Badewanne mir Düsen,
Zweites Badezimmer nur WC

Vom Abendessen und vom Person sehr enttäuscht, Service sehr schlecht und unfreundlich, finde das Hotelgäste bevorzugt werden sollten bei Tisch Auswahl, …..

Wir haben den zweiten Abend auswärts gegessen, da ich unseren 6 Freunde das nicht zugemutet habe.

Das Frühstücksbüffet hat noch Luft nach oben.
Mehr Früchte, zBsp. Erdbeeren, Ansnas.
Der Fruchtsalst wirkt sehr lieblos.
Es hat zu wenig suf dem Büffettisch.
Zu wenig Schinken, zu wenig Salami, etc.
