Wir wären am liebsten gar nicht mehr abgereist.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat einen aussergewöhnlichen Charme. Ein beseelter Ort voller Gastfreundschaft und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Tolle Aussicht auf den Genfersee, sehr leckeres Frühstück - einfach alles perfekt! Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Pros:

Wir die Kurzauszeit sehr genossen. Das Hotel entspricht total unserem Genre. Die Lage ist optimal. Gut ausgebildetes und sprachgewandtes Personal eine immer gute und zuvorkommende Bedienung.

Cons:

Etwas irritiert hat uns das Frühstück. Hier ist noch viel Luft nach oben, wenn man die angebotenen Frühstückbuffets von anderen Hotels in der gleichen Preisklasse zum Vergleich heranzieht. Aber eben, auf hohem Niveau gejammert. Sorry.

Perfekter und ruhiger Aufenthalt mit Blick auf den Lac Léman und Frankreich.

s, Personal - sehr gut geschult und höflich.

Cons:

Es gibt keine Möglichkeit, im Zimmer Tee oder Kaffee zuzubereiten.
Wir finden keine Obst im Frühstück.
Die Speisenauswahl war sehr begrenzt.

Pros:

Magnifique hotel belle époque au confort irréprochable. Le personnel est particulièrement sympathique et aimable. La piscine, les transat, le jardin, la vue, les fleurs..c est un vrai coin de paradis. Les chambres sont grandes et extrêmement confirtable. Petit présent de départ, eau offerte pour la randonnée: bravo! Nous avons déjà hâte de revenir. Un Havre de paix et de beauté. Bravo à toute l équipe.

Cons:

S il faut chipoter, le petit déjeuner pourrait être légèrement étoffé et amélioré avec un cake fait maison, du jus d orange frais pressé, des fruits frais...à 9h il manquait déjà de tout...croissants ( il en restait 5), plus de fruits, plus de lait... Pas de pankakes ou une tarte maison...Pour un 4 étoiles on pourrait imaginer un peu plus de choix et un bon achalandage un dimanche à 9h. Sinon la terrasse où se prend le petit déjeuner est exceptionnelle.

Une suggestion: proposer un tea time avec une pâtisserie du jour.

Welche Aussicht!
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist kaum zu übertreffen: der Blick auf den Genfer See ist wunderschön. Da nimmt man die Spitzen bei der Anfahrt gerne in Kauf… Nach Montreux kommt man bequem mit der Bergbahn und– wenn man nicht so viel zu Fuß gehen möchte – dem Bus. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, hatte viel Stauraum, ein extra kleines Zimmer für Gepäck und zwei Badezimmer. sehr gutes Frühstück, vor allem Lachs und Schinken. Es gibt auch eine gemütliche Bar.

Cons:

Die Aufteilung bei der Einrichtung der Badezimmer hat uns nicht so richtig eingeleuchtet: ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Bidet, das andere mit Dusche und Toilette. Die Einrichtung der Badezimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Je nach Wetter kann es beim Frühstück im Wintergarten sehr kühl werden. Beim Käse wäre etwas mehr Auswahl schön.
