Un très bon séjour avec vue imprenable, mais qui manquait un tout petit peu de magie (et fraîcheur!)
Pros:

L'hôtel Victoria donne une vue imprenable sur le lac et les montagnes, ce qui rend vraiment idyllique le réveil avec cette vue. Le personnel est au petit soin, l'endroit est calme et intimiste, parfait pour une escapade en couple.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux et de qualité, et nous avons également bénéficié d'un apéritif offert dans le cadre de la fête nationale, qui a été très apprécié

Cons:

Venue célébrer mon anniversaire, ce que j'avais préciser à ma réservation, j'aurai aimé une petite attention dans la chambre ou à mon arrivée pour rendre ce moment encore plus special.

Il ne faisait pas encore trop chaud le weekend où nous étions là, alors le ventilateur était suffisant, mais en période de très fortes chaleurs, le manque de climatisation peut rendre vite la chambre bien trop chaude.

Pros:

Die Lage ist top! Mir gefiel das Interieur im Grossen und Ganzen. Der Garten ist wunderbar!

Cons:

Teilweise etwas gar veraltet, z. B. die vergilbte Badewanne. Die Minibarpreise sind m. E. zu hoch.

Not so hot hotel
Pros:

The view was exceptional

Cons:

There was no air conditioning and the beds were made with heavy feather duvets which made sleeping very uncomfortable! We booked an expensive room with balcony & lakeview so expected at least a kettle or coffee maker & a safe but none available.

Hôtel avec magnifique vue
Pros:

La qualité des repas.
L’amabilité du personnel.
La vue à couper le souffle sur le lac et les jardins autour
Grande chambre avec une belle salle de bains.

Cons:

Pas de climatisation. Un ventilateur à disposition. Mais avec la canicule très difficile de dormir sous cette chaleur même en laissant tout ouvert la nuit.
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de service à la piscine

Wunderschöner Garten und tolle Terrasse zum Essen.
Gute französische Küche.
Erstklassiger Service.

Cons:

Das Frühstück kommt etwas lieblos daher. Es hat oft zu wenig Brot und zu wenig Fleisch.
Wenn man ein 3-Minuten Ei will, wird man vom Personal auf einen Topf verwiesen, wo die Eier bereits hart sind.
So geht das nicht in dieser Preisklasse.

Staff aere friendly and helpful - allowing me to shower after checkout

Restraunt was amazing

View of the lake incredible

Beautiful gardens overlooking the lake

Cons:

Room was very basic, it had no windows apart from the door. Since it was ground floor and basically oponed up to the terrace, there was no privacy.

Inside, room was old and basic - not up to the overall standard

The bed was comfortable though

Tolle Lage mit fantastischer Aussicht. Sehr gepflegte Anlage und Park. Sehr angenehmer und professioneller Empfang.

Cons:

erschreckend schlechter Service im Restaurant. Laufen sehr desorientiert hin und her. Dabei übersehen sie den Gast. Stehen auch öfter zusammen und reden nur miteinander. Das erweckte den Eindruck einer führungslosen Truppe.
