Pros:

Per Telefon und Mailanfrage war das Hotel ausgebucht. Der Grund war, dass wir für FIS-Rennen einen Spezialpreis bekommen würden. Das ist aber typisch bündnerisch. Habe zu einem überteuerten Preis via Booking.com buchen müssen.
Ich habe das Hotel daraufhin per Mail konfrontiert -> keine Antwort.

Uns hat es gefallen, das Restaurant ist sehr gut
Pros:

-Herzlicher, natürlicher Empfang
-Da wir früh aufstehen wollten, wurde uns bereits am Vorabend ein Frühstück aufs Zimmer gegeben. Dass das möglich ist, ist sehr gut, doch das Frühstück hätte etwas besser ausfallen können (z.B. kein warmes Getränk in einer Thermosflasche).

Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, Qualität der Speisen, Skiraum mit gutem Skischuhtrockner

Cons:

Das Doppelbett war obwohl ich auch lieber weich liege viel zu weich und auch schmal (160 cm)...
Es gab zuwenig Aufhängehaken für Dusch-, Waschtuch sowie Skijacken für 4 Personen.

Ich wollte eine einfache Bouillon beim Nachtessen bestellen zur Vorspeise.
Es war unmöglich....! Als Hotelgast ....war für mich unakzeptabel.

Teurer Aufenthalt zu dritt mit einem unbenutzten Zimmer
Pros:

In der Nähe vom Skigebiet und das Essen wae gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind alt. Wir mussten 2 Zimmer buchen und schlussendlich war eines der Zimmer ein 3er Zimmer. War bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich. Haben nur 1 Zimmer benutzt, was wir an der Rezeption gemeldet haben. Es gab kein Entgegenkommen.
