Persona muy desagradable y de mal humor!

La senora que me acojo fue muy desagradable, llegue al hostal muy canzado cargando mis maletas y no veiai nada que indicaba donde estaba el hostal Solianka y finalmente encontre un timbre, timbre una vez y nadie constesto....otra vez timbre nada...y timbre otra vez agotado... finalemente vino una senora y me regano como si fuera lo peor porque habia timbrado 3 vecez, y me dijo la senora que mi cuarto no era lista (ya eran las 19h30!) me toco esperar mas para que pudiera descanzar...realmente fue un experienza muy desagradable! Esa persona no deberia proponer nada de servicio ya que no es capaz de hacerlo con amabilidad y ser tan desagradable!

Cons:

la persona estaba de mal humor todo el tiempo...menos mal que me quedo solo una noche! No habia agua caliente, ducha con agua helada!

No tenía ninguna señalización, di vueltas para localizarlo por qué en México las direcciones están compuestas de otra forma. Un pequeño logotipo estaría bien.
