Pésima atención y maltrato.
Pros:

Nada porque fui maltratada por dos empleadas y la dueña. Una señora grosera y desconfiada.

Cons:

Nada, justifica un maltrato y mucho menos a quien está pagando por un servicio. Por la razón que haya sido fui maltratada por empleadas y peor aún por la dueña. Que por no haber recibido la reserva de booking desde el primer momento me empezaron a decir que podía quedarme pero salir a una hora distinta y más temprano a la del check out porque el hotel estaba lleno. Nunca escucharln ni aceptaron que si había hecho reseva en booking y a la mañana siguiente cuando pregunté que si alcanzaba a desayunar la dueña misma con una empleada más me insistieron con la peor actitud y trato que saliera del hotel porque ellos no tenían ninguna reserva y porque el hotel se había llenado. Y oh sorpresa, después del maltrato y cuando estaba decidida a salir antes de las 9.30 am advirtieron que yo estaba diciendo la verdad y que si había hecho una reserva. La dueña no pidió disculpa y la empleada lo hizo cuando puse el límite al decir que no era la manera de tratarme. Pero básicamente fueron tres mujeres sacándome de un hotel, el cual, por supuesto pagué.
