Cons:

Room without A/C. It was more than 30C in the room, and during the night when you open the window you hear the trains every 15 minutes all night! The price of CHF 250 is completely excessive for the location and the fact that there is no air conditioning and you cannot sleep with the window open because of the noise. Providing earplugs in the room and leaving two small complimentary bottles of water in the fridge does not make up for this. During such a heatwave, the hotel should either refrain from selling these rooms or offer a substantial discount.

A lovely little hotel and restaurant in a beautiful spot, twenty minutes from Zurich and on the lake
Pros:

Staff very friendly and helpful. Amazing location next to the lake and station so stunning views. Food on restaurant was excellent and they were very accommodating of an early arrival and departure since I was trekking and it was very hot!

Emplacement idéal pour une visite de la région Zurichoise vu l'accès direct au train et au bateau

Accueil de grande qualité avce une personne à la réception souriante et très disponible

Cons:

La personne au petit-déjeuner était peu aimable et pas souriante du tout. Dommage car le reste du séjour était très bien

akzeptabel, aber nur wegen der tollen Lage.
Pros:

Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit der Bahn, wunderschöner Seeblick, neu renovierte Dusche/WC, nachts überraschend ruhig, ohwohl Bahnhof in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Cons:

Kein Lift, mussten das Gepäck in den 3. Stock schleppen, Rezeption bereits um 17 Uhr nicht mehr besetzt, konnten wegen der zeitigen Abreise am nächsten Tag nicht ordentlich auschecken. Mickriges Frühstück erst ab 8 Uhr mit unfreundlicher Bedienung, bei zeitlicher Abreise (6 Uhr) bekommt man nicht einmal Kaffee.

Cons:

Where do I start. The room was right on the train track. The trains went all through the night. The pillow was the size of the double bed Big but so soft your head sank to the mattress no support
Breakfast was so ordinary. No chooses of cereal in a box until I asked. No eggs, dry bread and the small yoghurt on the table in the sun.
I asked for tea and got coffee. The lady in the Breakfast area was so rude when I asked could she change it.. I have been travelling for two months and this is the worst place I have stayed. I would have thought all placed in Switzerland would have had a high standard NOT this One
