Más que un hotel, te sientes como en casa, sus instalaciones son muy cuidadas y acogedoras.
La atención de Marta y su personal excelente, la limpieza perfecta.

El desayuno espectacular.
Firstly, Marta and her staff were just incredible and lovely. We arrived late and Marta came promptly and opened the door for us, letting us park inside as it was late.
Breakfast was fabulous! They gave us SO many options and catered to our needs. Thank you for that 😀
The room was so clean and lovely, we had the best 2 nights' sleep in a long time! It was so quiet also.
It is in a very good location too very near the plaza and restaurants. Villa de Leyva is a beautiful village and this hotel made our stay perfect.

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du parque central. Lieu décoré avec soin, et personnel attentionné.
Les ouvrants (les fenêtres) de la chambre et de la casa en général ne se ferment pas complètement, du coup on entend le bruit dans la rue depuis la chambre. Rue qui peut être bruyante le soir, donc pas idéal si on veut dormir au calme.
La atención! Uno se siente en casa, muy queridas y pendientes todo el tiempo.

La arquitectura, la funcionalidad y los detalles de diseño aplicados al alojamiento. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. La atención de la señora Martha, de su hija y de las empleadas. Tiene parqueadero, está cerca de la plaza.

Las propietarias del hotel (madre e hija) son muy amables y pendientes de todo lo que uno necesite. La casa es muy bonita, el desayuno generoso y aún cuando no está en el centro del pueblo, queda a 7 minutos caminando de la plaza principal.
Nuestra habitación era pequeña pero más allá de eso no tenía ventanas ni ventilación natural entonces si se sentía una sensación de claustrofobia.
Nunca me enviaron alguna información para la llegada.
Les importa mas realizar el pago con la tarjeta de crédito que la llegada de los huéspedes.
The property looks very nice although the cheaper rooms are very dark as there is no natural window.
It was not possible to to pay onsite, we were lucky to have still some cash in hand. The property does not allow you to pay by card, they ask for bank transfer that is not possible for people who do not live in Americas. It should be clearly mentioned beforehand otherwise customers will struggle and may find themselves stranded at higher cost since my booking was also non refundable.
El personal y la ubicación son geniales.
El desayuno podría mejorar , y el servicio de parqueadero.
La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer el centro del pueblo, la habitación muy bonita, con todo lo necesario, el desayuno delicioso y la atención de la sra Martha fue impecable, muy amable y atenta. El parqueadero no era en el hotel pero estaba a una calle, muy cerca a pesar de que eso fue bastante cómodo y de fácil acceso.
Nuestro baño contaba con una puerta que daba al pasillo, nos daba un pcoo de susto que por accidente alguien abriera. El baño es muy bonito y cómodo.
