El servicio al cliente fue pésimo, la encargada me trató desde que llegué de mala manera, a todas las preguntas había una respuesta irrespetuosa, después de haber hecho mi reserva con un mes de anterioridad la señora la canceló y me dejó sin posibilidad de hospedarme y me sacó del hotel de una manera súper irrespetuosa. No tengo comentarios de los demás por qué no pude tener acceso

EXCELENTE LUGAR EN VILLA DE LEYVA
Pros:

Marta Lucía, la propietaria del hotel es una señora muy dulce y tierna, súper amable y atenta. Las instalaciones son hermosas, tal cual se encuentran en las imágenes, el desayuno es delicioso. Recomendadísimo quedarse en Santa Lucía, un ambiente agradable en todo el sentido de la palabra.

Falta de respeto!
Pros:

Una falta de respeto. Después de haber reservado en febrero, llegamos el 2 abril y no había habitación. Cancelaron la reserva una hora antes, diciendo que era culpa de booking. No lo recomiendo, falta de seriedad!
