Muy limpio y buena ubicación pero las habitaciones demasiado pequeñas e incómodas porque se debe desayunar en las camas porque no hay otro espacio y eso me pareció desagradable
El tamaño de la habitación y tener que tomar el desayuno sobre la cama porque no hay espacio. Con el espacio que ocupa el equipaje, prácticamente hay que caminar sobre las camas.

A Internet estava muito ruim.
Ótima localização, do lado da estação de metro e perto de vários restaurantes e cafés no Lastarria. Chegamos cedo no hotel e a equipe antecipou o checkin. Isso nos deu 4 horas pra explorar Santiago. O banho foi muito bom. Cama bem confortável. O pessoal do hotel foi muito educado e solicito.
O café da manhã é do tipo continental, deixado no quarto. É um pouco desconfortável comer no quarto mas ainda assim o café da manhã é bom e com várias opções.

I stayed here for 15 nights. Nothing to complain about. It is really nice and clean right in the center. Super close to the metro station. They had heating in the room which is good news for Santiago.
