Pros:

Das Personal extrem freundlich. Das Frühstück hervorragend und der Service im Frühstücksraum auch.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut gefüllt und der Kaffee hervorragend.
Preis-Leistung unschlagbar.
Immer wieder.....

Cons:

Im Netz wird nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass zum Hotel Parkmöglichkeiten gehören.
Habe über eine Stunde meine Runden gedreht, bis ich einen freien öffentlichen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden habe.
Und musste dementsprechend um 09.00 Uhr am Fahrzeug sein, weil die Hostessen fleißig unterwegs waren.
Hätte gerne eine Stunde länger geschlafen......

Super Lage. Und ruhig.
Pros:

Sehr warmherziger und kompetenter Empfang. Einzigartige Gastfreundschaft, gelebt vom ganzen Team. Wunderbare Lage, paar Schritte vom Bahnhof und den Schiffsanlegestellen sowie zur Innenstadt. Durchgehend besetzte Rezeption. Leckeres Frühstück. Wenn wieder einmal in Köln, dann gerne wieder und nur zu empfehlen.

Lovely boutique feeling hotel
Pros:

Staff here are very friendly and warm. The breakfast was amazing. I love the decoration of the dining room. Location is amazing if you need to stay close to the station. Our room was very quiet as well.

Cons:

Our room had a strange smell when we first checked in but we had the window open for a while and it’s been resolved.
