Zu viele Mängel für einen hohen Preis
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut und ruhig. Die Suite war sauber.

Cons:

Es gibt eine Häufung an Defiziten, die bei dem hohen Preis für die Suite indiskutabel sind. Beispiele:
* Self Check In funktionierte nicht vollständig. Der elektronische Schlüssel wurde auf dem Smartphone nicht aktiviert. Eine Mitarbeiterin musste einen zusätzlichen Chipkarten-Schlüssel erstellen
* Der Fernseher zeigt nur wenige Programme und diese in Fragmenten
* Eine Jalousie hing defekt schräg im Fenster
* Es gibt beim Doppelbett nur auf einer Seite ein Nachtlicht, ein Neon-Lichtzug über dem Bett funktioniert nicht
* Die Duscharmatur war wohl defekt. Duschen war nicht möglich
* Das Frühstück sollte freitags um 7:00 fertig sein. Es stand dann ab 7:20 bereit und ich hatte Probleme, einen Termin beim Kunden zu halten. Das Frühstück am Samstag stand erst ab 9:30 zur Verfügung. Da war ich aber bereits längst wieder auf der Autobahn
* Am Tage des Eincheckens und nach Erkennen der Defizite war kein Mitarbeiter verfügbar, um die Mängel direkt zu reklamieren.

Los alrededores llenos de senderos y tranquilidad
Bonito entirno

Cons:

La habitación tenía varios desperfectos. Moho en la ducha, toallero muy oxidado, la salida del agua del bater muy sucia, y el relleno nórdico con inaceptables manchas que parecían sangre.
Es una lástima que estas cosas estropen lo que podría haber sido un precioso hotel.

Obwohl wir nachgefragt hatten ob das Restaurant abends geöffnet ist, wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt dass man rechtzeitig Essen bestellen muss. Als wir angekommen sind, wurde uns mitgeteilt dass die Köche schon Feierabend gemacht haben. Das war nicht schön

Ruhig, sauber, unkompliziert.
Pros:

Keinerlei Beanstandung.
Freundliche Kommunikation, spät einchecken vollkommen unproblematisch, dank QR-Code und Self-Check-In in einen separaten Häuschen vor dem Eingang. Sauber. Modern. Sehr ruhig.

Sehr schön im Wald gelegen…

Cons:

Ich musste mir erst Infos per Telefon einholen, wie man zu den Zimmern kommt. War nicht ersichtlich, dass man das grosse Holztor mit fast brachialer Gewalt aufdrücken musste, um in den Hinterhof zu gelangen, wo sich die Zimmer befanden.

Geheimtipp
Pros:

Liebevoll gestaltetes Zimmer mit großem Wohlfühlfaktor. Aufgrund der Reisezeit konnte das Restaurant und Weinbar leider nicht genutzt werden. War aber überhaupt kein Problem, da wir aufgrund des Schneesturms einen Zwischenstopp einlegen mussten. Kommen sehr gerne wieder, da die Lage einfach traumhaft ist und sehr gut für Rad- und/oder Wandertouren geeignet ist.
Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen lieben Dank für alles!

Cons:

There were no staff there only a friend of the owner. The self check-in system was not working and I had to phone the owner (she was in Mallorca) who managed to solve the problem. The digital key would not work so I called her again. She ignored my calls and didn’t answer. I tried several times and I was about to say goodbye to the €129 cost of the room and find somewhere else.
Luckily I found the owners friend again whose call the owner did answer. The friend was able to give me a physical key card.
The restaurant was closed at 7pm so there was nothing to eat and they “don’t do breakfast”, but we were advised that the petrol station down the road did coffee!
The curtains in the room didn’t cover the entire windows. In short…. Don’t go there it’s terrible and massively over priced.
