A lovely stay for a few days, just what we needed.
Pros:

A very welcoming and friendly couple who tried to accommodate any requests and needs where possible. Wendelstein is a lovely little town. Hotel is very traditional and in keeping with the German/Bavarian architecture

Cons:

Hotel is quite basic in terms of furnishings and facilities.

Ansonsten können wir das Haus empfehlen. Inhaber sehr nett.

Lage am Radweg

Cons:

Man muss für die Unterbringung der Fahrräder in der Garage zahlen (5€ pro Rad). Auch für das Laden der Akkus hätten wir zahlen sollen (5€ pro Akku). Soll sich jeder selber überlegen, ob er das für angemessen hält. Meine Meinung dazu: wir sind oft auf Radtouren, aber das haben wir noch nie erlebt und finden es nicht kundenfreundlich.

Der Übernachtungspreis dieses Hotels ist völlig indiskutabel. Das sind mindestens 50 € zuviel.
Cons:

Es gibt einen unglaublichen Sanierungsbedarf. Für 155 € erwartet man ein Hotel auf aktuellen Niveau. Hier wurde seit Jahren nichts geändert.
