Prima Hotel!!
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist familiär: Auf jedem Stockwerk sind lediglich 5 Zimmer. Im EG ist eine geräumige Rezeption.
Das Zimmer ist praktisch eingerichtet, Schrank , Garderobe und Tisch - alles da. Es ist groß genug, um sich bequem darin bewegen zu können. Die Einrichtung ist solide - kein unnötiger Luxusschnickschnack, alles funktioniert!
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig an einer verkehrsberuhigten Straße (für DO-Innenstadtlage!). Fußläufig gibt es einen großen Supermarkt, einige kleine Geschäfte und Gastronomie.
Ich kann dieses Hotel bestens empfehlen, und werde meinen nächsten Besuch in Dortmund auch sicher wieder hier buchen!

Pros:

Ottima posizione. Stanza pulita, letti comodi e cambio giornaliero di tutta la biancheria per il bagno. Non servono la colazione ma a pochi metri c'è un panificio, Vorwerk, che è aperto dalle 6. 30 del mattino con vasta scelta di dolce e salato. Servono ottimi cappuccini e caffè espresso all'italiana. Si può consumare la colazione sul posto in un ambiente tranquillo e pulito con personale gentile e sorridente...

Cons:

L'unica cosa è che per chi ha problemi di ambulazione l'ascensore resta attivo dalle 15.00 fino alle 22.00. Orario di apertura della reception. Per noi non è stato un problema.

Cleanliness, quiet, and a very good location.
Pros:

Quiet, very good location, close to the center—even within walking distance. Exemplary cleanliness, a great place.

Cons:

Unfortunately, breakfast is not served. Another downside is that the reception is open only between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM. We wanted to drop off our luggage before checking in, but the reception was closed, this caused us some inconvenience, as we had to carry our bags with us into the city.

Pros:

Die Dame beim Empfang war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen zu erreichen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmertüren schließen sehr schlecht deshalb hört man den ganzen Abend knallende Türen. Die Badezimmer sind noch nicht alle erneuert. Auch in dem neuen Badezimmer gibt es Nachbesserungsbedarf.
