Pros:

Ich glaube so außergewöhnlich freundlich wurde ich noch nie an einer Rezeption empfangen; wirklich nette Plauderei und gute Tipps für einen Stadtbummel.

Cons:

Ausstattung wie schon in anderen Rezessionen geschrieben etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber noch völlig in Ordnung - wenn man es weiß kein Problem.

Pros:

Staff excellent central location with car parking (car parking must be booked in advance and instructions need to Sri e through pedestrian zone)

Cons:

Shower was over bath and the side of the bath was vey high

Pros:

Lo mejor de todo, el personal, en especial Catherin, si no me equivoco de nombre, atenta en todo momento y me ayudó mucho en un problema que tuve, una chica genial.
Ubicación perfecta, al lado de todo

Era algo “viejo” pero todo bien cuidado y las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado y un nórdico en la cama

Pros:

The location was excellent, and the staff were wonderful, always polite and helpful. I would like specially mention Katrin, who was awesome, exceptionally kind and assisting.

Cons:

My main issue was the temperature inside the room. It was too hot, and even running the cooler on its max all night didn't help much. Please consider updating the HVAC system so it cools the individual rooms as well, not only the corridors. The breakfast was good, but adding a few more choices would make it even better.

This is the fourth time ai have stayed here and I keep coming back. The location near transit and restaurants is great.
Pros:

The location is wonderful (near Europaplatz for transit and restaurants) and the price is very reasonable.

Ok pour 1 nuit en été en saison chaude.
Pros:

Personnel très aimable et accueillant, literie confortable, propreté. Positionnement idéal en plein centre-ville.

Cons:

Le position du bloc climatiseur sur le côté qui soufflait froid directement sur le lit, malgré les différents réglages possibles.
