Terrible. Avoid this dump at all costs

The location is fine

Cons:

No reception was open on a Sunday. No instructions given except in German language sent by email explaining how to access our room upon arrival. The key box and the entry to the hotel is very confusing, especially with no understandable instructions provided. The in-room safe was locked when we checked in, making it impossible to open. No water in the room, not tea or coffee in the room. Bathroom plumbing making strange noises. No air conditioning, and a window which opens on to a busy street with lorry traffic from 5:00AM. No staff are in the building overnight. This makes it impossible to make any requests, and indeed is unsafe. there should be staff in the hotel, but this place has none!

Receptionist in the morning did not care, would not listen to any complaints, and refused to provide any contact for anyone else who might care about the problems we had. When asked who we could complain to, she told us to complain to Booking.com. When asked if she would pass along our concerns to management, the answer as NEIN! When asked if any courtesy discount could be applied, the answer was NEIN! She was rude beyond belief.

This hotel has no right to accept guests. They are completely incompetent, and could not care less about their guests!!!!!"

Prima Hotel mit sehr freundlichen Menschen, leider an lauter Straße
Pros:

Sehr sauber und kompetente, freundliche Mitarbeiter. Kurzer und schöner Spaziergang in die Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants. Reichhaltiges und gutes Frühstück zum unschlagbaren Preis von 8,50€. Für eAutos gibt es einen Schnellader an der Aral 500 m weiter.

Cons:

Alles gut aber leider ist die Straße sehr laut, selbst bei geschlossenen Fenstern. Ich hätte nach einem Zimmer hinten fragen sollen.
