Mi experiencia en el hotel fue muy positiva. El personal fue extremadamente amable y servicial.
Tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con la primera habitación, ya que el piso estaba manchado y las paredes del baño también presentaban manchas. Sin embargo, al comunicarlo en recepción, la recepcionista fue muy atenta y nos ofreció un upgrade a una habitación mucho mejor.
Además, la comida fue deliciosa. Sin duda, recomendaría este hotel por su calidez y la calidad del servicio.

Pros:

Das Bett war sehr bequem und die Aussicht auf das Schloss war auch schön.

Cons:

Die Einzelzimmer befanden sich nicht, wie von uns erwartet im Schloß, sondern im Anbau.
Die Einzelzimmer waren deutlich kleiner als auf den Bildern und ganz sicher keine 24 qm.
An einigen Stellen waren die Wände fleckig, sowie direkt neben dem Bett.
Aufgrund dieser Tatsachen stimmt das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis für die Einzelzimmer nicht.

Schöne Übernachtung in ehrwürdigen Gemäuern
Pros:

Das Hotel war eine ehemalige Residenz und hat Flair. Es gibt einen Riesengroßen Parkplatz. Wir haben in den Hinterhäusern übernachtet, die wie aus einer anderen Epoche erscheinen. Die Zimmer und die Betten waren groß und gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Autobahn, aber das wußten wir vorher. Die Fenster sind gut Schallisoliert, sodaß die Nacht trotzdem ruhig war. Auch tags war nicht viel davon zu hören, sodaß das den Aufenthalt nicht gestört hat.

Удобное получение ключей по звонку на номер телефона (обозначено, что ключи выдают до 18.00, но ключи можно получить и позднее). Огромная парковка. Достаточно интересный интерьер номера, который, однако, понравится не всем. При этом есть все необходимые удобства. Так как я был транзитом, то для меня удобное расположение не в центре города. Континентальный завтрак.
