Pros:

Tolle Lage an Wanderweg

Cons:

Es kam braunes, rostiges Wasser aus Wasserhahn und Dusche. Unsere Nachfrage wurde schulterzuckend mit dem Verweis, das käme so von der Stadt quittiert. Der Zimmerpreis wurde allerdings ohne Hinweis auf diesem Umstand im Voraus kassiert. Die Frage nach einem Preisnachlass wurde abschlägig beschieden. Die Qualität des Restaurants war trotz des sehr netten Personals, überschaubar. Es wurden Convenience Produkte mäßiger Qualität verwendet, die überdies lieblos zubereitet waren.
Schade.

Die Lage mitten im Wald ist total toll.
Das Zimmer war sauber. Die Dusche klein und funktional. Das Frühstück war dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis angemessen.

Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Alles sehr sauber. Sehr gute ruhige Lage mitten im Wald an der Ilse. Personal freundlich und aufmerksam. Kleines aber auch sehr sauberes Badezimmer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Nichts zu bemängeln.

Der kurze Aufenthalt war schön, das Zimmer sowie der Rest des Hotels waren sehr sauber, das Frühstück war auch sehr gut.

Äußere Ausschilderung des Eingangs bzw. der Rezeption, wechselhaftes WLAN (letztes Zimmer im Gang)

Super Ausgangslage für Wanderungen, da direkt am Startpunkt für Wanderwege gelegen.
Das Frühstück ist sehr einfach gehalten, wobei alles notwendige da ist. Die Zimmer sind extrem klein und nicht durchgehend sauber.

Cons:

Sauberkeit verbesserungswürdig - Fenster plus Rahmen sehr verdreckt, Gazefenster zerschlissen und unansehnlich, Spinnweben im Bad und Flur. Sprachkenntnisse des Personals teilweise unzureichend, da dadurch z.B. Reservierungen u/o Bestellungen missverstanden werden. Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig, insbesondere mit Blick auf die Nachhaltigkeit, z.B. durch Nutzung von Marmeladen- /Honiggläsern anstatt hunderter Einzelportionen in Mini-Kunststoffpackungen. Analog bei Butter, Frischkäse, Schmelzkäse etc..

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, das Hotel ist ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Das Personal sprach zwar nicht so gut deutsch, machte dies aber durch guten Service und große Freundlichkeit wett.

Hotel und Restaurant in einem. Ist als Gast sehr komfortabel.

Cons:

Es wurde das Restaurant 2h früher geschlossen. Ohne das es eine Info gab. Entweder man hattest gelesen ansonsten stand man da vor der Tür am Restaurant. War etwas sehr unglücklich. Gerade wenn man als Gast diesen zusatz nutzen möchte
