Lovely, comfortable hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Our room (apartment on the top floor) had an excellent view of the town and the Edersee. Breakfast was delicious and the hotel was charming. Our apartment was very comfortable, with a wonderful balcony with comfortable furniture, and on-site parking conveniently located next to it. It was fantastic to have on-site EV charging. There are walking trails directly from the hotel property. One of the best things we did was walk from the hotel thru the woods to Waldeck Castle and walk back thru the woods. Where else in the world can you do that? The kitchen had all the pots/pans/dishes one would need to cook, though there was limited spices.

Cons:

There were steep stairs from the car park to the building and another steep staircase to the upstairs apartment. The shower really needs a shelf in it to put soap & shampoo on. The TV was very small and located far from the sofa, so it was impossible to watch. We ended up watching movies on our laptop instead.

Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
Pros:

Das Frühstück mit Bioprodukten war sehr gut und reichhaltig. Man konnte sich auch ein Lunchpaket für unterwegs machen. Der Frühstücksraum war sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Mit frischen Blumen auf dem Tisch und wunderschönem Ausblick.

Nette und hilfsbereite Inhaber, sehr lösungsorientiert, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit immer warmen Brötchen, sogar zur Wanderung darf man sich etwas vom Buffet mitnehmen, Toplage, kommen bestimmt wieder

Kamer mooi. Uitzicht fantastisch. Ligging prachtig

Cons:

Indien je ontbijt wenst kost dat €25 pp. Geen slecht ontbijt. Allemaal bio producten maar prijs is over de top voor een ontbijt.
In de WC zat een onhygiënische vieze rand.
Kussens van de bedden erg zacht waardoor weinig ondersteuning van het hoofd, ondanks gebruik van 2 kussens.

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende im Hotel Belvedere verbracht. Der Empfang war freundlich, das Zimmer war gemütlich und sauber, sehr gut war auch der Getränkekühlschrank auf dem Flur, der es uns ermöglicht hat, mit einem netten Drink, den Abend gemütlich auf dem Balkon, mit Blick auf den Edersee, ausklingen zu lassen. Auf dem Frühstücksbüfett waren leckere, hochwertige Speisen aus der Region.

Sehr nette Gastgeberin, die auch dem späten Gast mit etwas Salzgebäck aushelfen konnte. Günstige Getränke im Hotelkühlschrank. Tolles , reichhaltiges BIO-Frühstück im Frühstückssal mit Ausblick auf den Edersee. Fahrradgarage mit Teppichboden und Stromanschluss.

I liked the old town you could walk to from the hotel, very nice walks with stunning views of the lake start at the hotel. The breakfast quality was very good. The nature pool and wellness area were very peaceful and nice.

Cons:

The wellness area is time restricted, you can only use whirlpool and sauna at certain times of the day (a few hours in the morning and in the afternoon) and you need to tell staff in advance. The breakfast was very tasty but they stopped filling up new food very soon so there wasn’t much choice if you went to breakfast at 9 (breakfast is from 8-10).

Es war alles vorhanden was man so benötigt, hervorzuheben wäre hier das Frühstück.

Wir können unseren Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen im Belvedere Hotel bzw. Ferienwohnung und kommen wieder
Pros:

Das Hotel hat eine Ferienwohnung, in welcher wir gewohnt haben. Die Aussicht war fantastisch. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut. Auf dem grossen Balkon haben wir herrliche Stunden verbracht. Der Naturteich ist wirklich schön und der Wellnessbereich bietet alles, was man braucht. Es gibt auch ein Kosmetikstudio im Haus, wo wir Anwendungen gebucht haben. Es war himmlisch ruhig. Wer das sucht, ist dort richtig.
