Fast perfekter Aufenthalt, nächstes Mal in einem Zimmer zum Innenhof.

Cons:

Das Fenster in Zimmer 302 geht direkt auf die Straße, also recht laut, bei geöffnetem Fenster ist das Zimmer gut einsehbar vom Balkon des. Nachbarzimmers aus.

Tolle Lage - direkt am Englischen Garten und nahe den Restaurants und Geschäften in Schwabing. Ausreichend Parkplätze in der Umgebung, allerdings ohne Parkschein, da keine Verfügbarkeit

Cons:

Zum Wochenende nachts sehr laut auf der Strassenseite. Etwas unangenehmer muffiger Geruch im Zimmer.

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gemütliches Zimmer. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück, eine tolle Auswahl und ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Auch die freundliche und aufmerksame Art des Personals hat unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht.
Die Lage in Schwabing ist einfach ideal. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!

Amazing hotel with a wonderful atmosphere. The hotel is located on a quiet square, close to Munich’s best park, and within easy reach of the main attractions. It is also very well connected by public transport. The breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended!

Cons:

Be aware that there is no air conditioning, so the rooms can get quite hot during the summer.

Comfortable, positive experience. We’d stay there again.
Pros:

Great location close to the English gardens and transport and our family. Welcoming, kind staff and wonderful breakfast. Lovely balcony on the 4th floor for sunset.

Cons:

Noise from the park over the road on Friday and Saturday nights. Like most cities I guess.

Wenn wir wieder nach München kommen, werden wir wieder im Nikolaihotel übernachten.
Pros:

Wir waren an sehr heißen Sommertagen im Nicolaihotel. Das Zimmer hat sich stark aufgeheizt, eine Klimaanlage war nicht vorhanden, sodass wir gezwungen waren, nachts die Fenster zu öffnen. Das Nikolai liegt in Schwabing nahe der U-Bahn mit einem entsprechenden Geräuschpegel durch die Kneipenbesucher. Wer also hier lärmempfindlich ist, kann dadurch Probleme bekommen. Uns persönlich hat das nicht wesentlich gestört. Diese kleinen Unannehmlichkeiten wurde aufgewogen durch die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das wirklich gute Frühstück..

War schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt, weil das Personal sehr nett war und das Haus am englischen Garten liegt.
Pros:

Die Lage, das Personal , der Charme des Hauses, das Frühstückszimmer sehr schön eingerichtet.

Cons:

Wasser lief nicht ab, Badewanne nicht zeitgemäß , Eingangstür zum Zimmer alt und beschädigt.
