Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Aussergewöhnlich: beim Frühstück werden verschiedene Säfte in Bioqualität angeboten, ebenso Bio Yoghurt! Tolle Brötchen.
Täglich wurden Waschlappen ausgetauscht. Die Zimmer werden anscheinend peu a peu renoviert. Mein Zimmer war noch nicht an der Reihe.

Pros:

Lage ist Top. Parkplatzlizenz vom Betreiber - kein Parkplatzproblem - und das im Zentrum Schwabings. Frühstück ist außergewöhnlich gut und umfangreich. Besonders freundliches Personal und unkomplizierter check-in. Alles in allem: sehr empfehlenswert. und bzgl. Preis/Leistung: is halt München ;-)

Parkplatzsituation sehr schlecht; bei letzten Aufenthalt haben sich sehr nette Mitarbeiter um mein Auto gekümmert, das war dieses Mal leider nicht so, musste selber rumkurven un P suchen; aus diesem Grund habe ich für September, wo ich nochmal nach München komme ein anderes Hotel gebucht; unterschiedliche Mitarbeiter, , die sehr freundlich waren oder eben nicht sehr entgegenkommend.
Zimmer leider vernachlässigt, lockerer Haken an der Wand Dübellöcher in der Wand, quietschende Balkontür; Bad war sehr sauber und ordentlich

Die Lage am Nikolaiplatz ist toll, total ruhig, wir haben super gut geschlafen.
Frühstück: Sehr guter Kaffee, viel Gemüse und Obst.
Wir fanden das Hotel sehr besonders, mit sehr viel Charme, das Personal freundlich und unkompliziert.

Es wird nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt gewesen sein!
Pros:

Die Lage ist kaum zu toppen! Das Frühstück super, die Betten gut, der Wein lecker und das gesamte Personal besonders freundlich!

Cons:

Dass das Hotel zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist, fällt durch die gesamte „Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre“ nicht weiter ins Gewicht.

Für das Preisleostungs-Verhältnis würde ich das Hotel nicht wieder auswählen.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut, die Nebenstraße ganz „nett“
Das sehr junge Personal, das für Rezeption und Frühstück zuständig war, war sehr nett.
Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel schien zu renovieren, alle Treppenhäuser und Flure waren mit Schutzmaterial ausgelegt, also war es entsprechend baustaubig. An sich kein Thema, da eine Renovierung für den Preis sicher notwendig ist, es hätte evt. den Eindruck verbessert, diesen Zustand zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt zu erwähnen.
Das Zimmer zum Hinterhof hatte einen Balkon, freier Blick auf Müll und ein Uber-Eat, na ja.
Das Mobiliar war sichtbar alt und entsprechend genutzt, die Sauberkeit oberflächlich vorhanden.

Location of the hotel was walkable to city center and easily accessible to bus and train stations.
Pros:

Appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast was superb with delicious fresh berries, granola options, breads, cheese, meats etc along with coffee and other beverages.
Rooms were spacious and clean. Liked having the coffee machine in our room for tea or coffee.

Cons:

The only negative was the stair cases were covered as work was being done on walls and ceilings. The coverings made walking up/down the stairs a bit challenging.

Chilliges kleines Hotelchen mit tollem Frühstück u netten Menschen
Pros:

Ich mag das Nikolai weil es ein kleines feines chilliges Hotelchen im pulsierenden Schwabing ist u man direkt am englischen Garten wohnt. Die Menschen dort sind sehr freundlich u hilfsbereit. Mit dem Parkausweis kann man zusätzlich kostenlos parken.

Cons:

Zufällig war vor meinem Fenster eine kleine Party wobei mich das nicht wirklich gestört hat.
