Für eine Nacht absolut in Ordnung
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Es gibt gratis Oropax auf den Zimmern. Bett sehr bequem.

Cons:

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider recht hellhörig, aber dafür gibt es ja Oropax. Aufgrund der Lage unseres Zimmers an der Straße hörte man die Ampeln die ganze Nacht knacken, sodass das Fenster zu bleiben musste.

No staff, door locked, no answer from tele, don’t bother
Pros:

No one was there, I call the number and it goes to a machine. It was only around 8pm or so and no one around? I couldn’t check in so cancelled. What’s the point of taking my reservation if no one is around to check in?

Cons:

They were closed, the lights were off, door was locked, and no one was around, the phone number didn’t work. Don’t bother!

Für eine Nacht wars OK
Pros:

Zentral gelegen in Neuwied. Ordentliches Frühstück.

Cons:

Sanitäre Einrichtung sollte überarbeitet werden. Wlan Geschwindigkeit ausbaufähig.
Über Renovierungsarbeiten sollte mal nachgedacht werden.

Séjour agréable dans une petite ville assez animée.
Pros:

L'acceuil était parfait. L'emplacement par rapport au centre (restaurants, magasins) et par rapport aux rives du Rhin (balades, Biergarten!) était très bien. J'ai beaucoup aimé le petit-déjeuner.

Insgesamt kann ich nur den Daumen nach oben machen
Pros:

Insgesamt war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich gut und ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder weiterempfehlen.

Für einen Zwischenstopp mit einer Übernachtung absolut ok👍
Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Für eine Nacht vollkommen ausreichend.

Cons:

Bad war sauber, eine Modernisierung wäre aber angebracht. Parkplatzsituation ist schwierig

Gute Hotelleistungen zu einem fairem Preis
Pros:

Wir genossen ein geräumiges ruhiges Zimmer. Das Bett war bequem und die Dusche hervorragend leistungsstark. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, es gab auch leckeren frischen Obstsalat und viele Kaffeespezialitäten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, allerdings muss man per Telefon und Schlüsselbox selbst einchecken, was aber problemlos ist. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war sehr in Ordnung.
