SKANDAL
Cons:

Ich habe die Hotelreservierung für zwei Zimmer bezahlt. Am Anreisetag wurde mir jedoch nur ein Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellt. Das zweite Zimmer wurde erst am zweiten Tag des Aufenthalts bereitgestellt.Das Bett in Zimmer 104 hatte einen gebrochenen Lattenrost, und im Zimmer war die Gardinenstange abgerissen. Bis heute habe ich keine Kostenerstattung erhalten. Ich empfinde diese Situation als skandalös!!
Zarezerwowałem i opłacilem dwa pokoje.
W dniu przyjazdu udostępniono mi tylko jeden pokój. Drugi pokój udostępniono drugiego dnia. Łóżko w pokoju 104 połamane i urwany karnisz.
Do dzisiaj nie otrzymalem zwrotu kosztów.

Taką sytuację uważam za skandaliczną!!

1.074 € für fünf Nächte und fünf Personen waren etwas zu teuer, da wir ein zweites Zimmer mit vier Betten kaum genutzt h

Schöne Unterkunft und schöne Aussicht.

Cons:

Der digitale Zugang war bei der Ankunft nicht freigeschaltet. Telefonisch konnten wir zunächst niemanden erreichen, sodass wir über eineinhalb Stunden warten mussten.

Wir hatten 2 schöne Nächte, sehr sauber und gemütlich
Pros:

Tolle Lage, bequemes Bett, Zimmer klein aber fein, war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr sauber und angenehm. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in diesem Hotel und würden gerne wieder kommen. Vielen Dank.

Cons:

Etwas zu laut aber das Hotel liegt ja auch mitten in der Altstadt.

Pros:

L'emplacement était idéalement situé sur la grand place.
On est arrivé assez tard pour une étape et le système d'ouverture des portes avec le téléphone est top.

Cons:

Seul bémol: il faisait très très chaud dans la chambre (canicule) et c'était difficile d'ouvrir les fenêtres puisqu’elles donnent sur la place animée de restaurants (bruit).

Es war ein toller Ausflug
Pros:

Die Lage war top.

Cons:

Die Türöffnung war über das Smartphone, was mich etwas irritiert war das die Zimmertüre nur bei entriegelter Tür geschlossen werden konnte( etwas Mühsam).

Altbau, minimalistische Einrichtung, aber zweckmässig und sauber. Super Lage direkt am Marktplatz, ca 10-15 Gehminuten zum Bahnhof. Preis top, gebucht für 2 Nächte (Besuch Legoland). Check-in und Zutritt zu Gebäude/Zimmer alles digital, funktioniert ohne Probleme.

Gute Lage, sehr kleines Zimmer

Das Hotel ist direkt im Zentrum.
Unkomplizierte Abwicklung beim Ein- und Auschecken.

Cons:

Sehr, sehr kleines Zimmer für eine Familie mit 4 Personen. Nachts war es unerträglich warm.
Wir waren da nur eine Nacht und es war okay. Für mehrere Tage/Nächte würde ich das Zimmer nicht buchen. Für zwei Personen wahrscheinlich völlig ausreichend.

Einfacher Check in. Sehr zentral mitten im Herzen der Altstadt. Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt.

Cons:

Aufgrund der Lage hat es im Zimmer nach Essen gerochen, Lüften war dementsprechend leider nicht so möglich.
