When I travel for work, I really value how approachable and helpful the staff are, as I often need to get things done quickly and efficiently. The owner reached out in advance to confirm our arrival time, provided clear instructions on how to access the property, and promptly arranged the invoice after we left. Perfekte Lage für einen Besuch der Messe Hannover. Super sauber & total netter Inhaber. Frühstücken kann man gegenüber in der Bäckerei, ebenfalls top.

Pros:

Es wird kein Frühstück angeboten. Aber gegenüber ist eine sehr gute Bäckerei, in der man vorzüglich frühstücken kann! Herr Cao höchstpersönlich hat sich um meine "fehlgeleitete" Buchung gekümmert!
Er ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Personal hat einen sehr höflichen Umgang mit den Gästen. Außerdem bemerkt man als "Fremder" eine familiäre Atmosphäre!

Cons:

Da fällt mir nichts dazu ein!

Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen, war aber sauber und ordentlich. Und auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Parkplätze sind genügend vorhanden. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr lecker. Frühstücken kann man gegenüber in der Bäckerei.
