Schönes Hotel jedoch sehr teuer für veraltete Zimmer
Pros:

Beide Poolbereiche waren sehr schön.
Unser Zimmer hatte einen schönen Ausblick auf die Bucht Cala Ferrera.
Animation war sehr schön

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sehr veraltet, Spiegel verkratzt, Vorhänge dreckig, Dusche war bei Ankunft nicht sauber geputzt.

Beim Abendessen war das Essen immer kalt, Fleisch und Fisch waren sehr trocken.
Die Bedienungen haben noch als man im Tisch saß volle Teller abgeräumt, das ist sehr unhöflich.
Preis-Leistung nicht ganz gerechtfertigt

Gutes Hotel mit wunderschönen Blick auf die Bucht.

Die Atmosphäre war schön, die Zimmer sind sehr schön. Direkt am Meer.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful location.
Pros:

The hotel was amazing. The location, staff, room, pools, food, everything was 10/10 and really made our stay 10/10. Everything is so close but far enough away to still feel chilled. The sea view is completely worth it.

Cons:

Not a massive issue but just a few small things with the room and it not being completely updated with the things that are clearly needing replacing and the fact the tv wasn’t a smart tv.

Vyborna lokalita a umiestnenie hotela hned pri malej ale krasnej plazi s pozvolnym vstupom do mora, ktore bolo v septembri prijemne prehriate, cistota hotela, vyborna kuchyna, mily personal, sluzby, prijemna atmosfera.

Cons:

Na pocet hosti malo vytahov. My sme chodili len po schodoch,no pre rodiny s kockmi ci starsich ludi su vytahy nevyhnutnostou. Niektore priestory, vybavenie hotela by uz potrebovali vymenit ci zrenovovat, no su to len drobnosti.

Pros:

V tejto oblasti sme neboli prvýkrát a hotel má podľa nás skvelú polohu. Krásne pláže sú blízko a veľmi oceňujeme aj priamy prístup na pláž z hotela.

Obrovská pochvala patrí personálu a každodennému programu. Všetci pôsobili profesionálne a veľmi dobre zvládali obrovské množstvo hostí. Toto bolo jednoznačne jedno z najväčších pozitív nášho pobytu.

Cons:

Na druhej strane, čistota a údržba by si zaslúžili viac pozornosti. Chodba počas našich 7 dní nebola ani raz povysávaná a kúpeľňa už má svoje najlepšie roky za sebou – WC nefungovalo vždy správne a niektoré nerezové prvky boli zhrdzavené. Ani pri príchode sme nemali pocit, že izba bola úplne dôkladne pripravená.

Problémom bolo občas aj parkovanie, keďže v okolí je málo miest. Počas večere sme tiež museli vždy sami vyhľadávať personál, ak sme si chceli objednať pohár vína – za celý pobyt sa ani raz nestalo, že by sa nás na nápoje prišli opýtať.

Celkovo sme si pobyt užili, najmä vďaka skvelej polohe, pláži a výbornému personálu. Zlepšenie čistoty, údržby a servisu počas večere by však celkový dojem ešte výrazne zlepšilo.

Amazing location very friendly staff and a beautiful island to explore

Location was amazing and the beaches were beautiful

Cons:

There are signs saying you can’t reserve sun loungers but yet people put there sun loungers out and then don’t use them for the day. We spent the whole trip on the beach and didn’t use the pool area until our last day as there wasn’t many spaces for us to relax at due to loungers being taken but not used

Very very dirty
Pros:

Literally nothing. Really dirty hotel, cockroaches, the carpets in the corridors smell so bad, the rooms are super dirty. The food isn’t bad, but I really don’t know how this hotel can be 4 stars. Can say with confidence that this is the worst hotel I ever stayed it. Never again

Not worth any dollar.

La ubicación, la comida y las instalaciones. Vistas increibles!Todo de 10!

Cons:

La mala gestión para las reservas realizadas en booking para realizar los pagos y sus comprobaciones. A pesar de haber realizado el pago mediante su pasarela de pago, no quedó constancia en la reserva y siendo un regalo, se les reclamó el pago de la estancia, habiendo de enviar el comprobante, y esperar que la persona que lleva las reservas saliese de una reunión para comprobarlo
