As a 2-star hotel, my expectations were quite low. But the room exceeded my expectations. It looked recently decorated and was very comfortable with an attractive, clean private bathroom.
The communal areas are a bit drab.

La recepción es muy elegante y diferente a muchas. La habitación era muy cómoda, me gustó la puerta deslizante del baño. La decoración del paredes con papel tapiz fue un toque divino y acertado. El baño es amplio. La ubicación queda a 8 minutos caminando de la Plaza de Cibeles, pudimos juntarnos con el festejo de recibimiento de los jugadores de la selección - Campeones del Mundo de la FIFA 2026.
Pueden añadir un espejo grande y vertical en cualquier lado de la puerta deslizante del baño para verse mejor cuando se prepare para salir.
La ubicación y la limpieza eran excepcionales como también la luminosidad
Que me cobraran un euro por cada pieza de equipaje que dejara en consigna y que nos abrieran la habitación sin llamar a las 8 de la mañana
