Estaba bien
Pros:

El señor que había por la tarde en recepción era muy majo! Nos atendió muy bien! Se acordaba de nuestros nombres al día siguiente. Bromeó con los nenes.

La habitación era muy sencilla pero para ir a ducharse y dormir, más que suficiente.

Cons:

La señora que había por la mañana era bastante antipática.

Perfect for a couple of nights!
Pros:

I loved the location, felt very safe whilst I was there with my son, small room but very comfortable.

Cons:

There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom and the walls were very thin, however for the price I paid I could not complain.

Pros:

De locatie is perfect. De straten rondom zijn wel vuil. Veel vuilnis versieren de straten. Rechtover het hotel is een warenhuis gelegen.

Cons:

Eerder een kleine kamer en al verouderd maar het was wel proper.
Je moet de sleutel afgeven wanneer je het hotel verlaat om de stad te verkennen.

The Location was good

Cons:

The staff at front desk charged us an extra 106 Euros saying i have a kid of age 7 so i need to book a different room, the room we booked was accomodative enough for our family but she made the choice for us which was rude and inconvenient for us

Pues mas o menos la ubicación.

Cons:

El trato de las 2 personas en la recepción de nacionalidad Española fue nefasto, déspotas y sin educación, se ve que no estudiaron nada para saber tratar al huésped.
Las otras 2 personas Carlos (Colombiano) y la Chica se veía tamnien era extranjeraexcelente trato.

Un hotel agradable ubicado en una zona tranquila a corta distancia del centro comercial de la ciudad
Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena ya que caminando por el Paseo del Prado se llega a Gran Vía , Es un hermoso paseo. Otra opción es tomar el 001 que es gratuito. El hotel es silencioso, decorado con buen gusto, los colchones y sábanas y toallas impecables, el personal amable y la recepción abierta 24 horas.

Cons:

Creo que se podría incluir en el precio el uso de la caja de seguridad (se pone 1 euro cada vez que se abre o cierra)
