Absolute Empfehlung
Pros:

Schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit äußerst freundlichem Personal, alles sehr sauber, super Lage, gutes Restaurant mit fairen Preisen - wir kommen wieder! :)

Cons:

Amazing location. Comfortable bed. Great beach towels

Cons:

The room was dated. Old shower and no light to see. Nice balcony and comfortable bed.
Breakfast quality was very poor for a 4 star hotel.
Tables were left uncleared for a long time, the cutlery baskets were empty so we couldn't even help ourselves. Great location

Pros:

The location was amazing and the staff was nice and helpful! The parking was close und comfortable.

Cons:

The floor was dirty u could feel the sand on the feet. In the shower we found others people hair.

Perfect location with friendly staff and comfortable rooms.
Pros:

Great location in a quiet part of Port de Soller by the beach and short walk to shops and restaurants. Friendly and efficient staff and good breakfast. Clean room with comfortable bed.

Cons:

Shower room was a little snug.

Pros:

Its location was great and the overall aspect of the hotel was good.

Cons:

Beds were very uncomfortable but maybe that is preference. Pool area very small and people who were there obviously for 1 week were putting towels on the sun-beds at 7am so getting a sun-bed around the pool area-later in the morning was impossible. It was gone for what we wanted.

un bon séjour de détente et de repos, dans une localité très sympathique et une région magnifique

situation idéale en bord de mer, belle vue sur la baie. quartier calme, jolie promenade. Proximité du centre, même à pied. Personnel très disponible et accueillant.

Great location, some rooms very small and were not an accurate match to those in the marketing photos

Good location and some of the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the pool itself was lovely

Cons:

We felt we been allocated the wrong room (it was really small ). It took over two hours of us waiting before we were offered a solution, but it was sorted eventually. There wasn’t always enough sun loungers around the pool. Our room was not cleaned each day which I would expect when paying €300 a night.
