Zeker geen aanrader, ik begrijp de hoge score ook niet
Pros:

Eigenlijk niet zo veel. Aankleding bij receptie erg leuk. Hotel ziet van buiten ook best leuk uit. Jammer van het felle licht bij de bar en buiten op terras, beetje ongezellig.

Cons:

Zeer slecht gepoetst, bij aankomst lagen er haren bij de prullenbak en die lagen op dezelfde plek nog toen we gingen. Er zat echt heel veel zwarte schimmel in de douche. Verder werd er niet gepoetst, alleen handdoeken vervangen en bed op gemaakt. Zeer onvriendelijk, aan de bar moest je heel lang wachten voordat er iemand kwam. Alleen de chef kok en personeel bij ontbijt waren vriendelijk. Slechte ligging en geen parkeerplekken. Zwembad ook smoezelig. Positief was dat handdoekje leggen verboden was maar wel wel gedaan en niemand komende zich erom.

Beautiful hotel and overall a wonderful stay. I loved my experience at Rondo Hotel and would definitely stay again next time I’m in Gran Canaria! The rooms are spacious, the food delicious and the staff very friendly. Thank you! :)

Cons:

The only issue was that my room floor wasn’t properly clean on arrival, although this was rectified immediately. I did notice the housekeeping team only use brooms rather than hoovers, which may explain it. Hopefully management can provide hoovers to help them keep the rooms spotless!

Cons:

Ontbijt bij weggelopen, alles was behoorlijk nat. Parkeren is niet te doen, te weinig bedjes om het zwembad. En toch jammer van de haren in de badkamer…

Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia della struttura, sempre ben curata, la palestra ben attrezzata e soprattutto l’ottima posizione, comoda per raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse.

Cons:

La piscina è un po’ piccola rispetto al numero di ospiti e, soprattutto nelle ore più frequentate, era difficile trovare un lettino libero.

Gran experiencia
Pros:

Personal muy amable, la habitación grande con varios espejos enormes y desde nuestra terraza se apreciaba muy bien las vistas. Muy buena ubicación. El desayuno genial sobre todo el chef que nos preparaba los huevos y las tortitas . Fue un gran detalle que nos dejarán una habitación de cortesía y eso uso de la piscina hasta que saliera nuestro vuelo el día que dejábamos la habitación .

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó y es algo ajeno al hotel es que los huéspedes ocupen todo el dia las hamacas incluso cuando se van del hotel por unas horas o se suben a la habitación dejando al resto sin posibilidad de utilizarlas
