Cons:

Una truffa in piena regola: stanza sporca, rumorosa e mai pulita in 4 giorni di soggiorno. Muffa in bagno, assenza di tapparelle o tende con luce esterna lampeggiante 24/7 che di fatto impedisce di tornare. Condizioni di sicurezza discutibili. Ti chiedono un deposito addizionale per darti l’accesso alla stanza solo dopo che la cancellazione gratuita è scaduta. Veramente dei ladri.

Great option for a budget stay but requires improvement to help customers access the building.
Pros:

Room was clean and modern with comfortable beds in a location a short metro ride to the city centre.

Cons:

Difficulty entering the building due to the online code system - took around half an hour to enter the building in the middle of the night. Not practical when on a city break as my phone lost charge being out all day I would’ve preferred a key.

Reasonable prices outside tourist core
Pros:

10-15 minute walk to 2 different metro lines, in a real neighborhood (Latino) outside the tourist core. Is on the metro line from the airport. Affordable groceries, morning coffees & pastries compared to anything near the centre. The cost was reasonable for what you get. We spent 10+ hours a day outside the room and used it to sleep, shower & snack.

Cons:

There are three bedrooms sharing one small kitchen. The fridge was full of other people's food when we arrived - there needs to be another fridge, or a fridge in the room - but rooms are so small I don't know where you'd put it. The quality of your sleep may depend on your other suite mates not coming home at all hours - the walls/doors are thin. We did fine with earplugs & had respectful co-guests.
Getting entry to the suite is via a remote code you use from your phone. You need data to get the wifi password (or check in online the day before). Bit of a hassle to set up. They had to send me the link three times, getting blank texts. Was frustrating at the time. Recommend checking in in advance.

Rein und raus so schnell es geht!
Cons:

Der intensive seltsame geruch in der Wohnung und vorallem in den Zimmern war schrecklich.
Die komplizierte Funktion mit dem Handy die Tür zu öffnen empfehle ich nicht weiter.
Die Alarmanlage in der früh hat Stundenlang getönt und niemand kam um sie abzuschalten

Hosts were very helpful, room did what it says on the tin. Walls weren’t paper thin as in other properties
Pros:

Local to three metro lines within 7-10 minutes walk
Modern and clean
Liked the kitchen/eating area

Cons:

Bed was hard
Lack of air as no window (the door to the back alley way could open but then let in a bad smell
Very small room, no room to walk around the bed without hitting the shelf/tv unit
