El hotel es maravilloso, limpio, bonito y acogedor. El desayuno con producto local y riquísimo.
Pero lo que más nos gustó es como nos hicieron sentir Carl y Jose en todo momento, como en casa.

Impeccable cleanliness, fabulous beds, magnificent bathrooms, perfect temperature control, stunning elegance and beauty, magnificent breakfasts and a warm, personal welcome. The originality and clever functionality of every piece of furnishing instantly inspires and makes you happy. Everything works and fits to perfection but without any snootiness, and while absolutely luxurious, the hotel’s atmosphere is happy and welcoming. This beautiful hotel is the product of years of inspired and dazzling improvements. Every corner, indoors and outdoors, has a story expressed with harmonious artistry. No clutter, big spaces, beautiful lighting, there’s nothing more to improve. The hotel’s beauty is an expression of the owners’ friendliness and love of life. Few rooms, spacious, uncrowded. Most fancy hotels draw on standardized luxury and status symbols. This place is in another league, so if there’s a room available, grab it.

Definitely one of the best apartments/hotels we've ever stayed at. The hosts know exactly how to run a place like this and how to make every guest feel satisfied and welcome. The design of the place is also really pleasant, with unique furniture, beautiful art and high quality ceramics. Definitely worth a 10-star review

Ein ganz besonderer Ort – wir kommen definitiv wieder!
Unser Aufenthalt bei Carl, Jose und natürlich Samba war einfach einzigartig. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und fast wie bei Freunden zu Hause.
Das wunderschöne Interieur und das außergewöhnliche Design machen das Hotel zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Dazu eine unglaublich familiäre und herzliche Atmosphäre, ein fantastisches Frühstück und Zimmer, die so sauber und liebevoll gepflegt sind, dass sie für uns absolut 5-Sterne-Niveau haben.
Vielen Dank an Carl und Jose für diese besondere Gastfreundschaft – und natürlich auch an Samba! 🐶❤️

La colazione è ottima. Le camere sono super spaziose e minuziosamente pulite.
La posizione è ottima per esplorare l'intera isola.
La gentilezza e la cura di Carl e Jose (e Samba <3) hanno reso il nostro soggiorno perfetto!

Es war ein wirklich besonderer Aufenthalt und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen hervorragend und frisch zubereitet. Das ganze Anwesen ist wunderschön und mit einem ganz besonderen, individuellen Stil eingerichtet. Man merkt überall, wie viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit in jedes einzelne Detail gesteckt wurde. Alles ist durchdacht und sehr gepflegt, fast schon perfektionistisch – im allerbesten Sinne.

Was den Aufenthalt aber besonders gemacht hat, waren Carl und José. Die beiden sind unglaublich herzliche und aufmerksame Gastgeber. Sie kümmern sich um wirklich alles, sind jederzeit erreichbar und geben tolle persönliche Tipps. Vor allem merkt man, wie wichtig es ihnen ist, dass ihre Gäste eine wirklich schöne Zeit haben.

Es war nicht einfach nur eine schöne Unterkunft, sondern ein Aufenthalt, an den wir uns noch lange erinnern werden. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Very nice boutique hotel, in a perfect position to explore the island and its beautiful beaches. Breakfast is delicious, rooms are clean, and super comfy, design furniture all over the place. Hosts are amazing and welcoming.

José & Carl (& Samba) sind einfach so herzliche Gastgeber, dass allein wegen ihnen der Urlaub einzigartig war. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen und das gesamte Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Alles war blitzsauber, das Bett war sehr bequem und die Suite sehr geräumig. Zum Erkunden der Insel bietet sich Sineu sehr an. Man erreicht viele Teile der Insel in 30-40 Minuten. Der Ort hat seinen ursprünglichen Charme behalten. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal dort gewesen sein. Danke für alles, Carl und José!

Podemos englobar que tanto el servicio como las instalaciones son de 10. Te hacen sentir como en casa y además, con mucho gusto y amabilidad. Samba, es el gran anfitrión del lugar y no os desvelamos nada más 😃

The location was perfect for us. The room was a generous size - very clean and bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was kept cool with air con. Bathroom clean and spacious. The breakfast was a highlight - delicious bread with avocado - Parma ham & cheese. Followed by yoghurt & fruit salad. Fresh orange juice & delicious coffee. All served in a beautiful courtyard garden.
The owners Jose & Carl were absolutely delightful - warm and friendly & nothing was too much trouble.
We will definitely be returning. Highly recommend.

Alojamiento precioso y tranquilo en el centro de la isla para poder disfrutar de todo.
Los anfitriones son muy amables y cercanos.

When I first saw the high rating on Booking, I was worried it might be a scam, but after staying there, I completely understood why it's rated so highly. Carl, Jose, and Samba were amazing hosts. The hotel is beautiful, with an incredible eye for detail and art.
The breakfast was delicious and freshly made by Jose, who asked us every morning what we wanted to eat. They even served a fruit salad as a breakfast dessert! When Jose found out that my boyfriend has a big appetite, he always made a gigantic portion for him. 😂
We traveled to Mallorca completely unprepared, but Carl and Jose gave us daily recommendations for local beaches with fewer tourists. They recommended the best trips and showed us the easiest ways to get there. The interior is also stunning, you can really tell they put their hearts into building this hotel.
Additionally, there are some cute restaurants close by, making it very easy to go out for dinner. 10/10! Staying at this place truly made our holiday so much better.😍

Het hotel is prachtig gelegen midden in het pittoresk dorpje. Grote ruime kamer met woonkamer en een heerlijke grote badkamer. Via zowel de slaapkamer als woonkamer loop je zo het balkon op en heb je een prachtig uitzicht waar je heel relaxt kan zitten. Hele stille omgeving geen last van geluid dus dat was heerlijk slapen. De gastheren waren ontzettend gastvriendelijke waar we gezellig mee konden kletsen. Het ontbijt was elke ochtend weer heerlijk vers en met liefde bereid. Onze Auto konden we makkelijk parkeren. Al met al een echte aanrader!
