L'emplacement à 2 pas du village fortifié et avec un parking
Le lit et la salle de bains ok

Cons:

Aucune insonorisation, des planchers qui craquent. On entend les voix, le bruit des pas.
La couette du lit n'a pas été lavée depuis un moment .les coins étaient tout noirs de crasse.
4 50€ pour un petit déjeuner avec un café imbuvable, 2 toasts beurre confiture et 2€ en sus pour un jus d'orange 😏
Je ne recommande pas cet établissement si on a un minimum d'exigences sur le confort et la propreté

El Oli al estar muy cerca de lugares con caballos el olor era bastante intenso a eso sumado que dos días había mucho olor a cloaca en el baño pero estaba todo muy limpio.

Hem tingut una experiència excel·lent en aquest allotjament. Tot ha estat genial, amb unes instal·lacions molt cuidades i confortables. Volem destacar especialment l’atenció personalitzada rebuda, sempre amable, propera i pendent de qualsevol necessitat.
La relació qualitat-preu és simplement espectacular, difícil de trobar una opció millor. Ens hem sentit com a casa i, sens dubte, repetiríem sense dubtar-ho.
Molt recomanable per a qualsevol persona que busqui comoditat, bona atenció i una experiència immillorable. Gràcies per tot! 👏😊

Alojamiento bonito pero mantenimiento escaso

Nos gustó la ubicación del alojamiento y que tuviera parking gratuito muy cerca (es difícil aparcar en Santillana).

Cons:

El mantenimiento de las habitaciones es escaso: la cisterna del WC no funcionaba y, aunque lo resolvieron rápido, no acababa de funcionar correctamente. La luz del techo estaba fundida y, a pesar de dar aviso, no vinieron a arreglarla. El soporte del secador estaba medio descolgado. La cama era algo blanda y se hundía por el medio.

Me encantó mi estancia en la Hospederia Santillana. Se me hizo demasiado corta y me había encantado poder quedarme unos días más. Destacaría sobre todo la limpieza y la ubicación, que son excelentes. Todo estuvo perfecto y me sentí muy a gusto. Sin duda , repetiria y lo recomendaría.

Comfortable stay close to the old town.
Pros:

Beautiful building and location. Two minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and the rest of the old town and a view over fields at the back. The room is comfortable with water boiler. There is private parking close to the hotel.

Cons:

The layout of the bathroom was not ideal with the toilet too close to the wall.

Hacen ruido las maderas del suelo sólo con moverte, se oyen las de tú habitación y las del vecino.
El relleno nordico de la cama al quitarlo porque hacía calor, comprobamos qué no lo han lavado desde qué los compraron.....estaba súper sucio....un ascoooo!!!
