It’s stunning

The hotel overall was exceptional and the staff were always very helpful and cheery. The breakfast was the highlight of our morning with copious amounts of fresh orange and coffee and the view over the water was stunning.
I would have difficulty in giving anything that could be improved. Above expectations.

The position on the sea front is beautiful, there is nobody in front of the hotel, just the ocean. It’s very clean with plenty of staff walking around and all are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean also and well kept, there were no signs of wear and tear and housekeeping did a great job of keeping it maintained.
The pool is a little small but it’s really to dip in as opposed to swimming. The pool bar was very well run and cocktails were excellent.
The food is exceptionally good, particularly the Sunday dinner which also had a guy singing - very good.
Thoroughly recommended.
The music by the pool was very loud on one occasion so we moved further away from it on the next day.

We liked our room, the view, the dining room and the chase lounges were all amazing.
No coffee maker in the room and leaving.
God service, fin underholdning med fantastisk flinke sangere (spesielt Amy som virkelig laget et fantastisk show).
Dyrt å leie senger ved bassenget. Ble lovet service ved solsenger, men endte opp med å måtte stå i kø i baren uansett.
Det kunne virke som baren hadde trengt litt større bemanning.
The Hotel was amazing and the staff were brilliant except for the owner Glenn.
The owner Glenn… one of our party went to reception after seeing her room which she wanted to change as it wasn’t adequate to what we had booked and there was a nest of ants and they were even on the bed!! The owner became very aggressive towards these 2 young female guests and even said for them to leave. His language and behaviour was upsetting to them and wasn’t warranted as they were being calm about the situation and just asking to change rooms. My concerns about this hotel is yes it’s gorgeous but if you have a problem the owner can become very aggressive and come right upto your face, very intimidating.
