Oceano had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff were excellent, friendly , attentive , and wanted to do their best for you to enjoy your stay. The food service was excellent. Bar service was excellent . Housekeeping excellent. From checking in to checking out.

Unfortunately, the Ajuntamienta were building a breakwater with rocks being delivered and crane working. But this was not Oceano fault. I had to answer the question honestly
The location is delightful with great views of the sea. The location of the bedrooms is appalling! It's literally on the side of a motorway with juggernauts passing by 24/7. The staff are delightful and charming. The food is pretty good too
f you are looking for peace, relaxation, or anything resembling a spa experience, avoid Oceana Hotel entirely.
The noise is relentless. Between constant traffic and the hotel’s decision to host live bands and DJs every single afternoon and evening, there is simply no escape. Over the weekend, the music reached such an extreme level that I was forced to leave the hotel just to get some quiet — and unbelievably, I could still hear the bass from over half a mile away.
This is not a hotel for guests; it’s a full-scale party venue. Large numbers of non-residents flood in daily, turning the pool and restaurant areas into overcrowded, chaotic spaces. As a paying guest, you feel like an inconvenience rather than a priority.
There is zero consideration for those actually staying at the hotel. What is marketed as a place to unwind is, in reality, a loud, commercialised party hub with back-to-back entertainment blasting late into the night.
Frankly, it’s misleading. If you value sleep, space, or even basic comfort, do not stay here.

Beautiful dining room, service and great food. Boardwalk proximity and ocean was great.
Great dining and staff BUT pool experience was very poor thanks to relentless loud every day, all day. Then a party was booked with even louder music. Some music is fine but this was just too much. Several complaints to staff by guests but no action. The beautiful ocean and pool were a big reason for choosing this location. Ruined an otherwise good stay.
