Pleasant stay

Clean, comfy beds, great breakfast, friendly owner, proximity to train station

The shower didn’t seem to get warm enough and the sound of the ‘fan’ in the bathroom that made noise even after the light was turned off

Great place to stay
Pros:

Warm and friendly welcome. The room was spacious and very clean. There was a small sitting out area and a bar. A great place to stay and we would thoroughly recommend the Auld Mill House.

Comfortable and great value for money
Pros:

Amazing friendly staff and the rooms were very clean, comfortable and nice. Was also nicely situated and very quiet.

Extremely good value for money

Cons:

The road to get in is not very well maintained and could probably do with some more singnage and lighting as we drove past it twice as its quite easy to miss, especially in the dark.

The common areas in the hotel itself could probably do with some modernising but the rooms are really nice
