Good location and room
Pros:

Nice modern room with ample parking - much better than the Premier Inns or Travelodges nearby . We picked this to stay in before an early morning flight so the location close to the road to Edinburgh and ability to check out early was great.

Cons:

A little noisy when people were walking past in the corridor.

Pros:

beautiful property - small and intimate - rooms were lovely - Proprietor was very nice - friendly and very accommodating

Pros:

Breakfast SUPERB . Whole place extremely clean. These were things that mattered to me most of all, so ten out of ten for that.
Yes, the building has seen better days, but GREAT value for money.

Cosy small hotel. I had a single room which was recently renovated, so it was very clean and fresh. The bed was comfy. Easy parking.
