Pros:

Everything. Reception 👍 housekeeping 👍 not noisy as adult only .clean and well kept. Could not fault . Great value for price.

Cons:

Only thing I would say would be good if staying as we did a couple of nights they could restock the milk. As did change the towels which was a bonus xxx But we just went and bought a pint 😃

Cons:

Bed was not comfortable, need better pillows and mattresses. Also a fridge in the room would be ideal. The shower head wasn't the best either.

Great hotel in the centre of skegness
Pros:

The lady on reception was extremely helpful and although we arrived early she checked us in as our rooms were ready. The room was immaculate and very well maintained. The decor was modern and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities were available downstairs to help yourself if you ran out too. Each side of the bed had a lamp and a plug socket which was helpful. We also received vouchers for the bar and restaurant next door. The food at the restaurant was great and the amount you got was outstanding. No scrimping on portion sizes. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel in the centre of skegness. Best place by far we have stayed at in skegness.

Cons:

Some of the other guests were quite noisy and not very considerate of others. Banging doors and talking extremely loudly first thing on a Sunday morning before 8am.

The stay was decent with a great location.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the room had a good size TV and the bathroom was a decent size.

Cons:

Although the shower was a good size it lacked pressure and the shower holder did not stay in position at all.
