Un hotel inglese di tradizione.
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura per una sola notte. L'albergo è grazioso e guardandolo dall'esterno parrebbe di piccole dimensioni, invece all'interno ci sono un mucchio di camere distribuite su tre piani. A causa di un malinteso sulla prenotazione, al mio arrivo mi è stata assegnata gratuitamente una stanza superiore rispetto a quella che avevo richiesto, con un affaccio sulla parte posteriore. Spazioso il bagno con ben due finestre. Comodo il letto che mi ha garantito un'ottima qualità del sonno. Veloce il WiFi. In camera c'è la possibilità di preparare un tè o un caffè grazie alla presenza di un bollitore. La posizione centralissima sul lungomare consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti a piedi tutti i punti salienti della cittadina.

Cons:

Come in ogni albergo inglese tradizionale, nelle stanze c'è ancora la moquette, anche se qui sarebbe ora di rinnovarla o di eliminarla.

Have a lovely 3 days staff really lovely and helpful .

Cons:

Overall good , but found one mattress in room F20 unacceptable for the price I paid it was just thick ugly foam mattress. Other bed fine .

Lovely hotel and location excellent

Cons:

Left some clothing in the room by accident! I phoned regarding items. Offered to send a pre-paid label to return however I was told they would send my belongings out to me and I would pay postage my end. Unfortunately this didn't happen. No sign of my property being returned over 4 weeks later. Disappointed and disheartened as although my fault initially the situation could have easily been rectified. Spoke to two different members of staff regarding the issue however didn't get anywhere.

Pros:

Finding the hotel was easy. Perfect location for us. We were able to park there before check in and after check out. The young gentleman on the desk was super helpful and very friendly. Comfy beds. Clean towels and clean room albeit tired and needs upgrading. Didn't use any of the hotel facilities so unable to comment.

Cons:

The hotel needs attention. The shower pressure was poor and the drain was slow to take dirty water away. Had to turn shower off part way through to allow backed up water to drain away. Cold tap in bathroom came out warm/hot so had to run for a bit to get cold through. Wall paper peeling away. Paint chipped, scrapped and flaked away from woodwork.
