Good location
Pros:

The location was perfect walking distance of everything and parking. The bar area is great for evenings and staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Its looking very tired and shabby, really needs a refurbishment. A proper breakfast menu would be nice rather than the limited continental option.

Sockets on headboard slightly strange. Found accidentally when moving pillows. Parking can be an issue if busy.

Location,free parking and size of room

Cons:

Reported that we had no hot water from tap in bathroom sink.
Was informed that it would be sorted but wasn't.
Outside noise was very loud-cars on the seafront throughout the night and people being loud whilst out in the early hours.
It was a Thursday night.
Bin collection and draymen at the Wetherspoons over the road was annoying to say the least.
Not hotel's problem but as room was warm we had to have a window open.
