Pros:

The hotel was perfect for a one-night stay before our departure. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and having a bar downstairs was very convenient. The lady who welcomed us was also friendly.

Suitable for a one night stay

Lovely supper in the dining area.

Cons:

They didn't serve breakfast because we stayed on a week night rather than a weekend. When booking I was understanding that this was a Bed and Breakfast

Warm, Friendly, Clean
Pros:

The room was clean, third floor was a bit hard with all the luggage but they stored most for us on the main floor. Patio area in back is great and the bar and restaurant. but the best is the STAFF!! Friendly, helpful, knowledgable. They made the stay the best. (my dog loved it all too)

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo
Pros:

Camera ampia e ben illuminata in una struttura che un tempo era un ufficio delle poste, fermata dei bus per il centro di Edimburgo a 20 metri.

Cons:

Il ristorante dovrebbe servire le colazioni anche perché in zona non ci sono posti vicini dove farla.

Pricey for what you get

The hotel restaurant and bed

Cons:

Didn't like the slanted ceiling in bedroom and bathroom. Didn't like the bathroom being too cold and no heathing and no extractor in bathroom. Didn't like that the room door isnt soundproof. Could hear people just outside. Didn't like the humming of the toilet next to our room nos 8 that apparently belonged to room 7.
The stairs need need new carpet and restructuring as easily as slip hazards ee had to climb 2 flights with heavy luggage and bring back down as no lift.. no breakfast served on the property

Very comfortable and nice property.
Pros:

Really nice room with quality bedding and towels. Communication was fantastic! I booked same evening/last minute and the receptionist was extremely helpful. Great for the price!

Cons:

It’s a few miles outside Edinburgh and It’s a €20 UBER from the airport after 11pm however X18 bus runs to opposite the hotel during the day but it was worth it.

Rapport qualité prix défavorable si on n'a pas de voiture.
Pros:

L' amabilité du personnel de l'hôtel (propriétaire particulièrement)

Cons:

Les toilettes dans le couloir.
L' éloignement d’Édimbourg (45 min à 1 h. de bus).
Machine de paiement "carte bleue" n'ayant pas fonctionné générant beaucoup de stress et d'énormes pénalités bancaires puisque j'ai dû retirer de l'argent liquide au distributeur. J'ai donc souhaité ne rester qu'une nuit mais la réceptionniste a affirmé que cela n'était pas possible puisque j'avais réservé pour trois nuits!!!!
Pas de "Coffe shop" à proximité de l'hôtel alors qu'on ne m'a pas proposé de petit déjeuner.
La rudesse de la jeune serveuse au restaurant de l'hôtel!!!!
