Great stay in Godalming

Very comfortable and relaxing, we visited the Goodwood Revival and the hotel made a very good base for this event

Room was clean and comfortable, bar area and restaurant were clean and and comfortable

Cons:

Nothing really, only slight complaint in our room was that the wash basin was too close to the toilet.

Good but a little pricey...
Pros:

Easy to find. Very comfortable bed although an actual double would have been better than two singles pit together. Quiet room. Very good bathroom. Possibly recently renovated?

Cons:

Creaky stairs and floorboards. Possibly a little overpriced for what you get.

Excellent stay with super friendly staff
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. In particular, the ladies running the breakfast were great. Room was comfortable and clean. For our purposes it was well located in the town. Good breakfast options

Cons:

Cancelling our key on the penultimate night was the only niggle but was dealt with professionally thru' a mobile call.

Pros:

Staff very helpful and friendly

Cons:

Beds a little hard for me and no decaffeinated tea anywhere in the Inn (lots of fruit teas etc but decaf!) was disappointing.

visit to family, modern room, lovely staff, our room was ready early do not believe any poor reviews

in room 14 had Juliet Balcony view of outside dinning area and trees

The corridors and carpets need updating although looks as if this will eventually happen

Beautiful place and I would recommend.
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely but took some time to arrive as I was in a party of about 6. We all ended up eating at different times rather than eating together. Staff were lovely and the room was very comfortable. Very lovely place with picturesque surroundings and hidden garden. I would stay again.

Cons:

Breakfast could've been quicker e.g. buffet would've allowed multiple people eat together.
