Comfortable but too hot it without air conditioning.
Pros:

Easy to find and close to where we needed to be. Quite location.

Cons:

No air conditioning and no lifts so difficult to move luggage. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

Great location , amazing decor , good food and comfy rooms . Would stay again .
Pros:

Central location and close to town. Plenty of parking and lovely rooms . Decor was very good . The morning breakfast was great and the female host was excellent . Also the evening young man was very good to . Had a great room .

Cons:

The only thing that let it down was I could not get hot water in the two days I was there . I didn’t make a fuss as the weather was very very hot during the heatwave .

Nice place to stay, and good food
Pros:

Staff very professional, room good size

Cons:

Not as clean as expected, not filthy but hairs in shower and carpet could have done with a little extra time hovering it

Could have been so much more
Pros:

Good food in the restaurant and friendly staff, modern decor but not to a great standard in the bedrooms we stayed in. Tried to help with hot weather by providing fans but left 10.5 tog duvets on the beds!

Cons:

Room 2 windows don't open- apparently they have been painted shut so no fresh air in the room which was also very dusty.
45min wait for breakfast from order to delivery to the table - then one slice of toast with 2 poached eggs is not much for the price.

Pros:

Loved the breakfast and evening menu. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotlessly clean and great location

Cons:

Would have liked to be able to access a lounge area to sit and relax before breakfast

The room was hot it’s a heat wave so not their fault they had fans in the room which was brilliant.

Very good hotel for your visit to Godalming
Pros:

One night stay. Good location just outside Godalming town centre, plenty of free parking, comfortable modernised hotel, large outside terrace, large bedrooms, friendly staff, excellent breakfast
