Nothing when its done up it will be lovely. Maybe get the swimming pool working would give revenue for outsiders to come in too and the pub

16th to 20th July, The room had not been cleaned properly, I suspect they never bother to pull furniture out as we moved the side table to look for a plug and there was food and mess there.
We asked the receptionist 3 times over the last 2 days of our stay to have the bin emptied as it was full and was ignored.
First time he said he would see that it was done, We got back that evening and it hadn't been.
We asked again, he apologised and said housekeeping would do it as they had been very busy.
Still wasnt done by tea the next day so we asked again and he apologised and said it had been a hot day but its okay because the room would be cleaned tomorrow after we check out.
Absolute worst customer service from a hotel ive ever had.

Draw fell off in the room.
More like an immigrant hotel and emergency accommodation should not be letting it use by public

Very rude staff made me feel very uncomfortable. Rude housekeeping waking me up by being extremely loud and also by knocking on my door at 10am when I was trying to sleep

No plugs in bath or wash hand basin .

I booked 2 rooms, one family and one double. Both on the 2nd and 3rd floor, no mention prior to turning up that the lift was not working.

The family room I stayed in stunk of weed (turns out it was the cleaner's) the bed base was broken, the room was full of cobwebs like it had never been dusted.
There is a dog kennel behind the hotel so due to the smell of weed we had to have the window open which meant you could hear the dogs barking all night.

There was nowhere to get food and the leisure services were all closed again no mention on the site when booking.

The whole place was very very run down. Never again
