Awful from start to finish
Pros:

Breakfast not available. Only good thing was the location

Cons:

Mouldy rooms, room never cleaned despite asking several times during 3 night stay. Electrical items well over due safety inspection - hairdryer not tested since 2011. Curtains ripped, chairs filthy. Had to ask for more toilet roll and hand-wash as never replenished. Chain on door broken. Was given key for a room that a guest was already in

Pros:

The bath was full of hair and aswell everywhere the bath very very dirty ,the floor and room full of dust and towels full of hair......we made shower and leave after 2 hours of arriving...

Pros:

The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The staff were unhelpful. I asked where the nearest place was to get a meal to get the response "I don't know". The plastic surface in the bath was all peeling off. The TV had no channels tuned in at all until I set it all up. No air conditioning, just a floor standing fan.
The real highlight was what sounded like building works going on in either the room next to mine. Hammering for a good half hour, bumping around like they were installing new furniture, and talking right through the night.
Will NOT be staying with this hotel, or chain, again.

Pros:

It was fine.

A good choice of location to visit a friend in Ellenbrook.

Cons:

It reallt did not affect us as we were on the ground floor but the lift was out of order and appears it has been out of order for some time.

Comfy, clean bed, clean room, freshly painted, plenty hot water.

Cons:

Hotel is abit dated, and needs some TLC eg outside area, some furniture etc Its basic, but all you need for a short stay. It was fine for my needs.

Pros:

The room itself was a decent size and recently decorated. Free parking was available.

Cons:

The hotel reception and the building itself was dated, lifts were out if order and we were on 1st floor with heavy luggage. Swimming pool out of service.

Grubby & Sketchy.
Pros:

Bed's and side draws were OK, lights and TV worked, it had parking.

Cons:

Waste including Scrap metal / old ovens, furniture sat by the main entrance, corridor carpets smell was awful, corridor doors were chipped and grubby with signs hanging off, shower grouting and shower head was mouldy looking, sink tap dripped and had no plug, toilet was loose not at 90 degrees to wall, sink was cracked, desk was overpainted and chipped, fabric on chair smelled and was stained, large mirror frame was cracked, noise from neighbouring rooms running water was really loud.
