An excellent venue.
Pros:

Fantastic large room (family room) excellent tea and coffee facilities with a biscuit which was very nice. Large clean bathroom. Lovely setting, great food, decent pints (reasonably priced) and great people running it.

A lovely stay in a gorgeous little village
Pros:

The room was large, bright and spacious with a lovely view over the village to the hills beyond. The staff were so friendly and the bathroom was modern with a wonderful shower.

Cons:

The peculiar loud noise the happened throughout the property in the pipes whenever anybody used the water. Quite disturbing - maybe this can be fixed?

Nice stay in good location
Pros:

Great location at centre of village. Lovely member of staff on bar when we arrived around lunchtime. Left our bags while we went walking as room was not available till 3pm. When checked in same member of staff was at bar and was really pleasant and helpful. Room was ok - bit dated but very clean and comfortable. Decent en-suite bathroom with good shower. Didn’t eat in the pub downstairs on the evening but it looked ok. Breakfast was included but we didn’t eat as needed to head off early morning. Was cheaper than other accommodation in Reeth and was good value for money.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit Pub
Pros:

Zentral im Ort gelegen, geräumiges Zimmer mit Blick auf den Marktplatz und die Berge, sehr gutes vollständiges englisches Frühstück - frisch gekocht nach Wahl - zusätzlich kleines Büffet, Parken in der Nähe war möglich, das Pub-Essen war lecker, guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Umgebung.

Clean, comfortable, good food, directly on the coast to coast walk.
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable with good food. The beer garden was excellent, fully tiered lawns and bench seating including a large lean to covered area - lots of rabbits.

Cons:

On the junction of two roads so was a bit noisy until late evening.
