Food ordered was not as described. Although tasted nice, it fell well below the description on menu and my breakfast was not as ordered.
It was a lovely stay. We would stay again if the pub restaurant would put a serious effort into gluten free options. Other restaurants do. Like a separate fryer for fries or anything. A separate frier is easy ( speaking as someone worked in a kitchen as this

The sink in the bathroom was cracked not enough space to put clothes couldn't stay longer than 2 days

The hotel was better than I expected.
A bit dated outside, but room was huge, staff was friendly and overall visit was good. I would visit again
Really close to airport too
No Aircon in the room, which was terrible because we were visiting through heatwave, miniature fan did not help at all.
The garden and outdoor area was pleasant, the bar service was good, and plenty of parking
The room was ok but the bed was too small, the taps were falling apart in the bathroom, and the toilet seat needed adjusting

Ground floor rooms were very hot and as having the window open was not an option it would be nice to have fans in the room

L'hotel si trova in una struttura separata, molto minimal ed essenziale, dietro al pub/ristorante.
A mio avviso le foto ingannano perché sembra tutto molto "vero", invece la realtà distrugge il sogno: la nostra camera con letto king affacciava, come molte altre camere, sul parcheggio, coi tubi di scarico delle auto ad altezza finestra. Non c'è l'aria condizionata e in questi giorni roventi di fine giugno, anche solo prendere sonno è stato un incubo. Abbiamo chiesto di essere spostati in una camera più ventilata ad un piano superiore, ma c'era overbooking; allora abbiamo chiesto un ventilatore in più, ma la risposta è stata che non ne avevano abbastanza.
Colazione piuttosto essenziale, molto lenti a refillare il cibo in esaurimento, ancora più lenti a servire i piatti caldi... abbiamo chiesto le uova alla Benedict e sono arrivate più di mezz'ora dopo, sode.
Pulizia da rivedere, vasca-doccia scivolosa e vecchia, muffa in bagno.

It could’ve been really nice and I would’ve scored it higher, but the food at the pub was pretty poor, both evening meal and breakfast. Overcooked and cold on both occasions. Too many guests for so few staff. Not the staff fault they were run off their feet.

Sink/tap not secure. Dust on lampshades. Surround or shower looking tired. Also room very hot although fan provided.
The bed and pillows were comfortable.
I booked the room about five months ago, so not a last minute boooking. We were put in a disabled room, the bathroom had been adapted for someone in a wheel chair which is great if you are disabled. My husband is six foot and the basin and mirror were set for a seated position, It was impossible to shave unless you knelt. This is the main reason for the score a lack of thought by the owners when giving out rooms.You would'nt put a disabled person on the first floor so why would you put an able bodied person in a disabled adapted room.
The location was very good. The staff friendly, helpful and polite. The room and bathroom very clean. I used the restaurant for an evening meal and it was very good. I ate in the bar but the finished with plates were not cleared.
I stayed at the start of a heatwave. There was a fan in the room without which I would not have been able to stay overnight. The room was like a very hot oven. Unbearably hot even with the fan so i had an awful night with very little sleep. So it is difficult to give an unbiased review.
Decor, comfortable bed, lovely room and great showers.
Breakfast was perfect.
