Unsere Erwartungen wurden leider nicht erfüllt.
Pros:

Pros:

Great location. Lovely and helpful staff. Great touches with quality room toiletries and teas/coffees. Amazing breakfast. I had a big bright and airy room.

Cons:

My parents had a double room in the ground floor annex which was much smaller and quite cramped.

Pleasant but room & bathroom very disappointing.not up to
Pros:

Location was excellent and some of the staff were friendly.

Cons:

The room and particularly the bathroom was tired. The bathroom unpleasant as mould everywhere, particularly in the shower and could have done with a deep clean or better still updating.

Very over priced , Sweet room should have been a third of the price.
Pros:

The room was nice

Cons:

Booking in process. I completed the booking form on booking.com and stated I had a dog. The receptionist claimed not to know about my dog and made quite a fuss about having to change things around .
I asked how to get to the pool and was told I had to pre book a session and the next one would be after7 in the evening . There were no signs or literature about this. We didn’t get to swim.
At breakfast we had to sit in the bar on our own with the dog. The dining area was up a large flight of stairs so my husband had to negotiate the stairs with glasses of orange juice , cereal etc
The pub itself was very shabby and a huge disappointment . Would never go back .
