Pros:

Vriendelijkheid bij ontvangst. Service mbt eren.wat tegen viel viel dus echt in het niet bij de pluspunten.

Cons:

Lichtschakelaar badkamer zat niet op logische plek. Babkamer was niet gemakkelijk afsluitbaar en open te maken.

nice stay but let down by the bathroom
Pros:

the rooms look like they have been freshly decorated , very clean and smart , the breakfast was adequate but the times were from 8.30 to 9.30 am but it was being cleared away at 9.10 so if sombody was late coming not good !

the bathrooms need updating

A lovely welcome, friendly staff ,very good evening meal,breakfast was very good too.

The only negative was the shower, needs a bigger head on shower and updating.

Ruime parkeergelegenheid achter het hotel.

Cons:

Douche was te heet. Niet kouder re krijgen.
Ventilator in badkamer maakte erg veel lawaai.

Clean, comfortable & great location for exploring surrounding area.
Pros:

Beds were really comfortable and very good size, 2 pillows per person!
Room & communal areas were clean. Extra facilities such as games & books for children a nice touch.
Ample parking, late night access.
Staff were really lovely & helpful.
We only had breakfast but good choice of breakfast items & hot food was cooked fresh.
Good location, easy to find & next to a shop for late night supplies. Very close to New Quay & surrounding areas without it being too busy.
We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay here again.

Great job ! Lovely staff and food excellent
Pros:

Comfortable rooms. Nice location. Breakfast fab and arranged a late checkout for us which was greatly appreciated. Evening dinner lovely too

Cons:

It’s noisy with the windows open.
