Great stay
Pros:

This hotel was a lovely stay. it exceeded our expectations. great breakfast included too. on the waterfront. quiet and friendly! Lovely to watch the sunset from the restaurant opposite, also owned by the hotel. Would recommend.

We enjoyed everything. Friendly reception, bar and restaurant staff, comfortable clean room, excellent food and fabulous location. Free parking too!

The hotel was in a good position, a lovely walk into Ramsgate and would gladly visit again.
Pros:

Room adequate, breakfast good the view OK if you stood by the tea facilities.

Cons:

The pub opposite, although the staff were happy and polite the choice of beer wasn’t to our liking and the food we ate on our first night was under par. However the pub next door was more to our liking. Purely a personal choice.

very friendly staff, very clean, would come back again.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, the eggs was cooked perfectly, was over above and beyond.
The staff was excellent very friendly, cheerful and attentive. They cleared away plates and glass very fast.
Room was lovely and clean had a nice smell.
overall we was very happy with our stay and would come back again.

Cons:

We did not have a great view, was facing the wall but wasn't to much of a problem for us.
The bathroom was a bit tight my husband is over 6 foot, it was as big as a shoe cupboard felt claustrophobic.

quiet clean and great location of amenities ie pub resturant

the location was great,, the staff very friendly. the room was clean and it was cosy
the carparking was the best we've had
