Room was fine, bed was comfortable, pleased to have a shower and not a bath. Breakfast was excellent and we were looked after by friendly and helpful staff who were able to deal with our requests quickly and effectively.
The only problem we had was the heatwave, which was obviously beyond the hotel's control. The fan provided was unable to combat the heat so sleeping at night was difficult, sporadic and not totally restful.
Nice hotel and nice area
Didn’t like the room small very hot (small fan) outside door banging when people were going to there rooms and noise outside window.
We had a lovely stay at The Pegwell Bay Hotel. The rooms were cozy, stylish, and spotlessly clean, making for a very comfortable stay. Everything was well maintained, and the hotel had a welcoming atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Staff very friendly. At our evening meal they were considerate and served our group of 2 before a large group, so that we didn’t have a long wait time.
Would have liked more choice without chips on the evening meal but the fish with sauce was tasty.
