Horrific people to deal with .. DO NOT BOOK
Pros:

Do not book… they cancelled on the day saying cleaner hadn’t left keys!!! However they then Said I could stay in their “friends” house.. which by this point I was desperate as it was 6 o’clock at night and I had no where else to go! They sent us code and address for new place but then we realised it’s a scam and didn’t trust the new place they had sent us to.
However when I cancelled the scammers declined free cancellation! So I still havnt got my money back! Disgusting behaviour! They should be removed from booking.com

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!! Do not book!!

SCAM!! Do not book! - Nothing, couldn’t gain access to the property or make contact with the owner. We had to book and stay elsewhere on the day!

Cons:

THIS IS A SCAM!! Zero contact / communication from property owner, despite numerous emails, phone calls and text messages all got ignored. Couldn’t gain access to the property, had to book elsewhere on the day… very stressful after a 5hour call journey! DO NOT BOOK!!!

Cons:

Cancelled the accommodation on us less than 24 hours before we were due to arrive. Left us stranded in a different country and then did not answer the phone when we rang for information. Did not answer emails or messages on booking.com either.
Sent one message on booking.com platform at 5.30pm the day but did not follow up to make sure we saw before travelling, which unfortunately we did not.

Avoid!!!

Avoid!!!! I wish I read the reviews before booking.

Cons:

I arrived at the property which says it has "free street parking". The whole area is "residents only" parking.

Then it got worse.

I hadn't recieved the code for the key press so tried to message the owners, rang them, left voicemail. Not a single response so i never got in to the property and had to drive home after the concert I'd been to.

Its not the first time they have done this apparently. How these people have managed to list their property on booking.com and be this bad is a mystery to me.

Last minute cancellation. While waiting outside in some dodgy street, we were approached by a woman who warned us not to stay long due to there being a demonstration about anti immigration. When we got to our new hotel room, 3 other people in there booked this same place and had a similar experience.
