La deco, l’emplacement, la chambre et le bar
The room was great, comfy double bed, clean bathroom and great shower, perfect location for a visit to Ramsgate and close to car park which is good too.
All the doors could do with a door stay that worked as every bedroom door slammed, the TV was terrible as most of the channels did not work bar BBC and there was no visible WIFI code and had to ask for that, it should be in the room as I needed to work. It could do with a stand for your luggage too.

When we finally got in, the room was clean and ok but the toilet was incredibly noisy!
The hotel did not give us the access details so I found myself at a wedding, spending 2 hours trying to contact the hotel and booking.com at 11.30pm. Then at midnight we were outside the property as the young lady that contacted us neglected to tell us that I had to put my hand on the key pad for the numbers to show up. We spent 30 mins outside the bloody hotel in the pitch black trying to contact the hotel again as we could not find the key pad. You’d have thought she would have gave us the instructions when she finally gave us the code at midnight. After having a lovely night at the wedding that hotel spoilt our evening as we were panicking that we would have no where to stay. When she finally let us in, she barely said sorry. She also neglected to tell us that we needed to enter the hotel via the back door. We had never been before so how did we know we had to find the back of the hotel?? Terrible service. We don’t recommend!
The outlook was amazing, the room was very big and the bed was really comfortable. The building was interesting and the terrace overlooked the harbour. The breakfast was great value at £8.

We was there only one night , met friends back to hotel 9.30 but no bar open , night cap would have ended lovely day.
