Amazing views from the roof terrace, a real gem of a hotel in the middle of Covent Garden!
Pros:

Amazing views of London from the roof terrace in room 601 with two comfortable outdoor sofas with pillows, two throws, a table and two chairs. Perfect spot for take away pizza for dinner and a drink.
Room 601 is quite small, but had everything we needed. Since we travelled as a family we also had the Juniorsuite on the first floor which was really spacious with high ceilings, big windows and a sofa.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back at some point!

Great benefits for booking directly
Pros:

A great location right by restaurants and theatres. This hotel makes a really great effort to reward guests for booking directly (free wine and cheese platter, discounted room rate, early check-in and late check-out are just some of the perks for booking directly). Well worth it in my opinion.

Best Location, Best Staff
Pros:

My family of four recently stayed at Z Hotel Covent Garden for three dreamy nights in which we completely fell in love with London. We had the loveliest stay at Z Hotel Covent Garden, with a calm, reflective, blossoming churchyard just outside the door, and steps from the bustling Covent Garden shops, stalls, and restaurants--and centrally located in ways that everything feels walkable, pleasantly so (even during a heatwave!), including the tube stops for easy travel beyond the area. I would have written such a review even *before* I accidentally left behind some personal items, but my estimation of this hotel has risen all the more, given that staff managed to find and package up precious items that I had forgotten in our haste to catch our morning transportation. After our trip, I exchanged numerous messages with Z Hotel staff, and they were incredibly gracious, supportive, compassionate, and swift in assuring me that they'd found what I'd lost and could send it to me immediately. I am particularly grateful to Ajith, Juned, Wing, and Mohith, for going the extra mile during our stay and beyond. I searched high and low for a well-reviewed hotel with large enough rooms for family in a central location at a reasonable price, and Z Hotel Covent Garden exceeded my expectations. Our room (for four) was cozy, and our kids loved the double bunk. Look no further than here.

Pros:

Very clean, wonderful position and really really wellcoming people

Cons:

The single room very small for the cost of one night. In any case very clean, but without windows it was a bit claustrophobic

It did the job without any extras or luxury
Pros:

It was in a great location

Cons:

The use of space in the room was poor which meant one person had to climb over the other to get into bed. The basement smelt very damp
