Staff extremely friendly and very helpful. The position is excellent in any aspect. The room is a small yet with all you really need for a weekend trip and on top with a nice view on the back garden. Definitely worth coming back.

The room was small but so functional. The shower was superb. The staff was sweet and helpful. They served us food late at night when everything in Covent garden was closed.

Space very small
I had stayed at the this hotel before but I will not EVER stay again. I just had to cancel my trip due to the client moving the date our of the meeting. I asked for s credit to move the date and they said no! Well they just lost an entire company of people who had stayed at their place in the past. never agin and as the senior manager I will inform my team not to book at this place or company ever again. you just lost a tone of business.

This hotel met my expectations. I had a room without a window but it was perfect for a quick one night stopover. It was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room had everything I needed and the bed was comfortable. The location was ideal to get around London and I would definitely stay here again.

Close to the Royal Opera House and easy to find.
I was in a basement room. Lots of thumping above my head so not sure if this was to do with building works but it did stop in the evening.
Excellent location and friendly helpful staff. The single rooms are very compact but you are aware when booking it’s an inside room (no window!), but the bed was super comfortable with a great shower and very clean.

La chambre était bien optimisée avec tout le confort nécessaire - grand lit, TV, velux, douche spacieuse, café et thé, grande carafe d'eau en verre, cintres, sèche cheveux, clim et luminosité modulables... Pour finir, le personnel était serviable et sympathique. Je recommande à 100 %.
