Perfect location for a night at the theatre and a wonder around the area. Good value and clean and comfortable with a great shower.
We stupidly opted for a room where there was no lift access thinking we’d only be going up the stairs once, but we actually returned to the hotel a few times. So if stairs are not your thing, make sure to get a room on the lift side, or a lower floor. But our fault, not the hotel’s.
Outstanding staff, great location to attend the Royal Opera, Modern design throughout.
Need towel rails in bath/shower room for drying.

La climatisation n’était pas opérationnelle et il faisait 28 degrés dans la chambre.
Des odeurs de canalisation remontaient dans la chambre.

There is about 6 channels on the television for sport did not like this. Also I thought you could have a full english breakfast.
My wife and I have stayed here several times before, but after our latest experience, NEVER AGAIN!
£255 for a so-called double room, measuring approximately 6ft by 8ft once you account for the TV wall. The bed was so short I couldn't even lie straight, and the pillows were dirty!
The shower and toilet area was approximately 3½ft by 8ft, with frosted-glass walls and a door offering virtually no privacy. With no chair in the room, you're left sitting on the edge of the bed watching your partner use the toilet through the glass! Absolutely ridiculous!
To add insult to injury, we arrived 50 minutes before check-in, with our room already cleaned, empty and ready, yet they charged us an extra £15 just to access it! Total cost: £270!
The mattress was comfortable, but that's the only positive.
I appreciate this is central London, but charging these prices for what is effectively a cupboard with a bed and a glass toilet is outrageous. This hotel used to be good, but now it seems more interested in maximising profits than looking after guests.
Terrible value for money, no privacy and unnecessary extra charges. There are far better hotels in London.

The size of the room.
I paid extra for a queen size bed and for windows ( thankfully) and had expected a bit more space. It was so tiny I could hardly move and I was alone! Not sure if I would book it if I came with a second person.
We felt the photos were misleading and did not show realistically the size of the room.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. Great location and breakfast was very good. The Z hotel has a good product overall.
The room we booked was way too small for a couple - you couldn’t swing a cat in it. We requested our room be changed 3 times during our 4 day stay! I think the hotel could improve its room descriptions and guidance for guests
La habitación muy pequeña pero sobre todo con poco detalle para facilitar guardar las cosas o colgar las toallas. Dentro de la ducha sería buena opción y junto a la escalera hay hueco para un par de baldas o cubos para la ropa colgados. Desayuno perfecto, ubicación perfecta
