Very noisy, heating system making ticking sounds
The tribute night
The damp smell in the room we were given. We had to ask to be moved. The breakfast was over cooked and the continental had nothing left.
Staff were exceptional, food was great, location handy for the airport and a reasonable price
Room smelled bad, was very hot, and it was very old/run down. The bathroom was pretty meh too. Minimal facilities.
Very expensive for a run down hotel. Incredibly noisy due to an 80s event in the hotel. Breakfast was poorly managed meaning long queues and good running out, meal In restaurant was poor as was the wine. Loads of parties going on in debris with people running up and down the corridors. Cost was not at all reflected in the experience.

Rooms were far too warm and couldn't control the heating yourself, not even a ceiling light in the room. The staff in the restraunt have no interest in serving you even though there is 5 customers In there.
Stayed here lots of times gone downhill so nothing
The room is badly needing modernised, one curtain on the window did not fit full length no privacy,shower hanging off wall floor flooded after shower, a free standing lamp as light in the middle of the floor as light with cable across room to plug at waist height health and safety trip hazard, only two sockets in room and you had to pull out one light to plug in tv as socket next to tv had round pin sockets plug did not fit.
Staff were so lovely, the night shift gentlemen was so helpful and friendly and even offered us a coffee at 6am

Rooms were old and no usb outlets or accessible outlets in room to use my converter.

The room no ceiling lights carpet worn dressing table scratched, needs totally refurbished you can hear the guests talking in the adjoining room.
Food for evening meal served on a cold plate, staff in breakfast room no personality no good morning didn’t act as if they wanted to be there
